The experience at Waterloo Family Dentistry was by far the best experience I've had at any other dentist office. The hygienist Sara was very helpful with my children by educating them on proper brushing. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Waterloo Family Dentistry for taking care us!

Britney at the front desk is very welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and she is very friendly. I saw Sara for my first cleaning and she too was very friendly and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Jill is awesome, I have seen her twice and she explained everything she was going to do before doing anything. Jill is a rock star!!

It was a great experience with Dr Daniher. The staff always makes you feel welcome and Dr Daniher, with her calm demeanor, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed for the exam. I highly recommend their services.

The Dentist and staff are amazing. I dont enjoy dental work so I usually neglect my teeth until something has to be done. Well I needed 2 fillings and a crown. I was nervous but had a great experience with the Dentist her assistant Jill and Brittany the receptionist. Jill was very informative and caring. She made sure I was always comfortable and gave me plenty of breaks. I highly recommend this place!! Brittany is awesome at navigating your insurance and finding an accommodating appointment. I believe I will stop being a neglecting patient 😄

Brittany was very kind and welcoming when I arrived. When I was checking out she was great finding a day that worked around my schedule. Jill was so patient when working with me. I have so much anxiety with the dentist and she did a remarkable job keeping me calm and relaxed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Daniher she was so kind and gentle with me. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I went back for my fillings and was surprised that the worst part of getting the shot in the mouth I didn't even feel. They are all amazing.

What a great dental practice. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Brittany, you feel so welcomed. Brittany also spent quite a bit of time with me on new insurance questions and getting just the right next appointments set up. So patient and pleasant!! Jill has been the hygienist I’ve seen for quite a few cleanings. She is very thorough, has a gentle cleaning technique and shares observations along the way for better care of my mouth. She makes the cleaning process enjoyable!! I’m also so appreciative of the thorough exam Dr. Daniher gives me and in the past any dental work I’ve had done by her has been done with great skill, and concern for my comfort. Truly, a wonderful dental practice that I highly recommend.

I was in the office recently, once for a cleaning with Jill and once for tooth recountouring with Jill H and the doctor. Brittany and Angie always greet you with a warm smile and help to get you the best appointment they can that works with your schedule. Both Jill's are a joy to talk to during my appointments and Dr. Daniher is very skilled, kind and down to earth. I've felt welcome since the first time I stepped into the door. I was very happy with how my most recent appointment went. Dr took the time to really make sure my teeth looked very nice and took time to get to know me. Also, they updated the color scheme making the office super cute and comfortable. Love this place. 10/10 recommend.

Went for a very tough to tooth extraction could barely feel anything on the second injection to numb my jaw ! It took a little while to get out, but I felt no pain at all while she was extracting the tooth. Best trip to the dentist I have ever taken. Love my new dentist !! a few days later I had an issue no fault of hers and they got me right back in to check on it right away. Very appreciative of the service I am getting now !!

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday with each person I met at the Waterloo Family Dentistry! I was greeted kindly by Brittany whom also squeezed me in because I was in a great deal of pain. She made me feel cared for the moment I walked in which was how Angie & Dr. Daniher continued to treat me my entire appt. I have already scheduled a cleaning with them & will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making dental appointments much more enjoyable & for making your patients feel at ease. As always the staff is friendly and amazing. Jill always does a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and advising of issues she sees. Dr. Daniher takes her time with our family to discuss options and give us pointers on taking great care of our teeth. Love it and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at Waterloo Family Dentistry in January! The front office staff is so welcoming and helpful. Brittany was so friendly and personable. You can tell she enjoys her job and team. Sarah was my hygienist and we had a great time getting to know each other. She is excellent at her job and helped me feel comfortable despite the fact that I don't love getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Daniher was very professional, caring, and kind! She helped me understand my options for more intensive orthodontic care and even provided me with referrals. The music in the office was also fun to listen to haha. Overall, I can't recommend this team enough! Definitely check them out if you're looking for an awesome dental team to care for you and your family!
