Great service and a welcoming environment here! My wife and I have exclusively shopped at KAY jewelers ever since we first met. Our wedding rings and bands, necklaces, and watches have all come from either the Warsaw or GlenBrook locations and I would vouch for either as a great place for deals, quality, and service!

Kimmie was so helpful today! I have a Zales ring that needed warranty and she took the time to figure out the details I needed. This is the first good Kay experience I have… when I buy an anniversary ring this is definitely the place I’ll shop. They made me feel welcomed and respected!

I went to their Dana show and had a few stones set in a pair of earrings. The staff there were great!

I went looking for engagement/wedding band for my boyfriend and KJ helped me choose and find the best ring and a great price. I honestly can't say enough about her service through this whole process!

McKenzie and Clara helped us our first visit to get our engagement ring risized and fixed… McKenzie made sure the band and settings were properly redone to the upmost standards and Clara dialed in specifics precisely. Josie and Clara then made sure and waited for us until the last minute on a Friday so we could have our ring back and one happy fiancée to say the least! 5 star service and highly recommend Kay’s of Warsaw!! Thanks again to the awesome team there!!

Josie helped me and she was amazing! I was in and out in like 10 minutes. The whole process of picking out my fiancé’s ring was very smooth :) This is my favorite Kay location I have been to!

I went into Kay's because my wedding ring would not go back together. It was bent and I couldn't get it back together. She was able to get it's normal shape!

I had a watch for a friend that needed links removed. I took it in and the lady was very friendly and helpful as she removed the links and said there was no fee for the service. My friend is so appreciative and I’m grateful for the wonderful service.

I got a promise ring from Kay Jewelers and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. I'm definitely going to get her engagement ring and wedding ring from Kay Jewelers as I know my girlfriend/fiance/wife will absolutely love it.
