Called about 9 different oil changer places in town. Every shop are 2 - 4 weeks behind on schedule. It’s either no one works in a Mercedes Benz, or everyone are booked. One shop referred me to call Ab & Tom’s. A very kind lady answered my call willingly to help me out on my last minute situation. She spoke with the owner and he is willing to check my car if I needed oil, he will put some in for me to make sure I’ll have a safe trip tomorrow. After I met the owner he checked my oil level & told me I was driving without oil, then he put some oil for me. As I was ready to pay for the oil, the cashier guy Clark said no charge until the next appointment. The owner also confirmed of no charge. I’m speechless by his generosity. Thank you Tom & the kind staff, I really appreciate it! See you on my appointment.

I cannot say enough how great the mechanics and staff are. Randy and Cody were extremely professional and throughly went through my son's vehicle. They did a phenomenal job explaining what should be replaced and what could wait. Extremely honest and fair. Highly recommend.

First time going to have my front end checked out and even though they were extremely busy. I was given a total diagnostic and exactly what needed to be done. The guys were completely honest and the price was better than a lot of places I have taken my car to. I highly recommend these guys!

I've taken my Honda CRV there 2 times for separate issues. Ab & Tom's have done a great job both times. They only fix what you brought the car in for. If they see any other issues, they will give you a quote. They never pressure you into any repairs. Ab & Tom's have very reasonable prices. I will be taking my car there for all repairs. I called last Thursday and asked if I could schedule an appointment, my BMW 750 had a service light, and a misfire. They scheduled me for Wednesday, and I dropped the car off Tuesday before I went to work. Tuesday afternoon, they had already diagnosed my car, informed me, and I gave permission to do the repairs. Now pay attention, this part is VERY CRUCIAL to why I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. On Wednesday, Dan called me and informed me that one of the coil wires to the set of 8 that were ordered was bad. He said he could get an off brand from a local parts store, or if I could wait another day, he would get another of the same brand he already put on. Obviously I waited. But he didn’t have to do that. He could of put the off brand on there, and I would have been none the wiser. It’s that kind of honesty that I respect most out of people and out of a business. Especially when it comes to my vehicles!!! I am a very pleased customer today, and I will now be taking all my vehicles to Ab and Tom for repairs. Honesty is hard to come by in this world today. I had a great experience getting my oil changed at AB & Toms. Friendly staff plus a clean and nice waiting area. I had my 1 year old with me and they had a box of toys to get into which is very nice for those with children coming along. Also for the first time in my life, my oil was changed with out the “news” of multiple other things my vehicle needed. No pressure to get other things fixed. When my vehicle was finished being serviced, they simply told About a few things they noticed on my vehicle & emailed me a quote!

This place was amazing I’m not from around the area, and my car broke down. Had it towed to them and they did amazing job! Amazing prices very honest people! I would definitely take more things to them.

Very honest, trustworthy, & reasonably priced. Hard to find knowledgeable mechanics that will work on Audi other than the Audi dealership. Very nice people & even better auto care. Definitely found my new shop to take my Audi from now on.

I got my truck in on a Sunday(was told to drop it off) and they had a technician look at it that following Monday and they kept me updated through the whole process, seeing as how I had an oil leak. They found the source of the leak and fixed it within a few days and then by Tuesday I had my vehicle back and running. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a vintage Lexus (Toyota Land Cruiser) several years ago. I knew the motor was bad. I live in a small town that has a few good repair shops, but none that specialize in imports. After talking with people in surrounding areas, I was directed to a shop in Warsaw for the motor work. I was never satisfied with that shop’s work. The truck did not run well after their work. After going back and forth with that shop, and getting terrible service, I finally took the truck to Ab & Tom’s- the shop I should’ve gone to initially. They found the problems that the other shop was not willing (or possibly able) to find. These guys communicate well and extremely professional. If you live in the Warsaw area and want the best independent auto repair work, these are the guys.

My parents drove in from out of town and on the way they had a bearing go out in their vehicle. They had to be home the following day for a medical emergency and were in a bad situation. I called Ab & Tom’s and even though they were booked out well over a week, they slid my parents car into the line-up so they could travel back home. I have had many vehicles repaired over the years and they have always done a fantastic job. Their customer service is second to none and they have my business for life.

We have been getting our vehicles serviced by Ab & Tom's for YEARS! They have always treated us well. Dan is consistently honest with us about what our vehicle needs and doesn't need. He lets us know if something needs fixed immediately or can wait. These guys are great to work with!

My radiator replacement was finished on time and under budget. Everyone is very nice and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. I would have liked a little better communication as I had to call in to find out the status of the estimate, but I'm overall very pleased and I'll certainly be back.

I was having trouble keeping the battery charged in my vehicle. I brought it to Ab and Tom’s, and they did a thorough review, give me an honest and fair price for the repair, and had it done quickly. They also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how I could ensure it didn’t happen again. Highly recommend taking any vehicle to them for repairs.

took my car in for a possible coolant leak with not a lot of information for them to go off of, but they were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 24 hours! When I went to pick up my car they even went the extra mile to show and explain to me which part that went bad. They even looked at a couple other things I mentioned wrong with my car and quoted them out for me. Will be returning soon for those to be fixed! Great service! Highly recommend
