This location is very clean! I really appreciate that in a fast food restaurant. It shows good management and employees. Food was good and service was quick.

Extremely good whopper. All my items were hot and made to order.

The staff is really nice seem to get along and continue to be nice even when they have rude customers that don't know how to order food or have patience and manners 😃. Not everyone understands what it takes to work fast food so my suggestion would be to pack a lunch if you're in a hurry or be patient and polite. These days not many people can afford to work places like this and it causes them to be short staffed so please be curious 🧐

Food was fresh and crispy. Service at the counter was friendly and excellent, food came out very fast too. This should be the standard for fast food

Had a large fry and an oreo shake... fries were fresh & hot and the shake was thick and good. $1 for fries with Online order... no delays in service.

I will give the quality of food a 5 star... I will give service a 5 star for breakfast only stars 3 for evening I will admit I did work here for almost a year... and when I worked here over the Pandemic People were yelling and screaming that the lobby wasn't open but people need to understand when you're short staffed you can't run drive-through and a Lobby on 3 employees... my boss Vicky was a joy to work with and I loved her as my boss... now I was in their the other day me and my Fiance around 2ish and jess the Other manager came in there screaming where the whole restaurant could hear her over a coffee.... when they had a huge order being filled... I'm sorry her coffee takes a back seat to big to go order... their was no reason for jess to act in such a rude manner to everyone that was working and for the dinning Area too hear that mess... I was very disappointed... I'm just giving my Honest thoughts... And the restaurant is always very well cleaned and maintained...

It's great when you try a new sandwich and it's amazing.

The crew at this unit made our Hand Battered Chicken Sandwiches perfectly. They were hot, juicy and big sandwiches. Due in part to being made right this is near the top of my list in the "chicken sandwich wars", ahead of both Wendy's and McD.

Bonus was we also asked for extra well done fries (the way they should always be) and we were not disappointed- hot, fresh and nicely browned.

I have been purchasing rodeo cheeseburgers from Burger King The moment they came out. This location made the very best rodeo cheeseburgers I have ever had. They reminded me why I fell in love with them.

Can't remember the gal's name but she brought my food to my table because I have to use a walker. I appreciate the help and the place was clean. Don't go to Rochester McDonald's because of the time uncleaned. Thanks

Went there for an icecream cone. They did a good job of preparing just before we got there

The food was hot and fresh and the staff were really nice. The store was well lit and very clean. I would return here the next time I pass through Rochester.

ORIGINAL CHICKEN -lettuce +cheese +bacon Freaking amazing dont get me started on their breakfast menu you cant beat their croissants

Best breakfast in town!! Half the price of McDonalds and 10 times better! BK King is awesome.
