Martin's

This was my first time in this store. It was recommended by a co-worker because I was looking for a specific item. I found it plus a lot more. I loved all of the different items available. If you are looking for name brand clothes, shoes, home decor and so much more you need to shop here. If you need a gift this is a great place to shop for that. I found my new favorite store!!! I will be coming back.

All staff greeted us today and checked on us through out the visit. The 2 young girls who checked me out had some problems with the card machine but were quick in getting it sorted out. They apologized for the inconvenience but it wasn't their fault and an apology was not needed. So polite and professional!

It was a fun-filled day with my best friend. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Martin's has become my favorite place to shop. I love the Hallmark section as well as the gift department. There was a huge selection of shoes, both on sale and regular- priced. The clothing is reasonably priced.
If you haven't shopped this store in Hope, Arkansas, you have missed out on lots of fun and excellent service.

Great people and great selection! We were shopping for a Mother's Day gift and found it. Whitney did great! She let the kids pick out wrapping paper and let them help wrap the gift for Mom.

Excellent customer service. Everyone has a genuine smile when greeting you and while assisting you. Their online services are excellent. If for any reason you are not satisfied, they do everything possible to ensure you are.
