They were helpful. Had the part I needed. They even let me borrow a tool to put my part on right there in parking lot.

They were amazing! I needed a battery replaced on my key. Without even being asked he went the extra mile and replaced it for me! It wasn’t an easy job! I so appreciated their attitude and willingness to help! The manager Shaun is who went above and beyond! I was so impressed!

I needed a battery for my keyless entry remote. I have been working on vehicles for 40 years, he took the remote, cleaned the electrical portion with a spray.
There were foreign matters in in, very small but there.
He assembled the FOB I went out, gave it a try and it worked.
So if you have anything that you need for your vehicle, go to AutoZone.

I dropped in to get a headlight for my 2006 GMC Sierra. Without being asked, the clerk came out to my truck, had me pop the hood, and removed the old bulb. Then he gave me my options for a new bulb, and went out and installed it for me. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a parts store. I will be back! Thank you.

Berryville AutoZone was extremely helpful and professional

This autozone has the best employee's! My check engine light came on and they were able to help me find out what was wrong, what tools I needed and let me spend the whole day in their parking lot fixing my car. Best hospitality I've seen!

Our windshield wipers quit in a rain storm, we went to auto zone and a young woman got them going again !!

Called this store because tire pressure light was on and we were traveling from Texas. Karla answered the phone and I told her our situation. I asked if they had a tire pressure gauge that they could measure the psi in the tires. Told her also that I had just been to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Eureka Springs and they would not help me.
She was very nice and said she would be glad to check the tire pressure for us.
Made the 11 mile trip to a Berryville and Karla greeted us with a smile and checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires. 2 were overfilled, thanks to me putting too much air in several hours ago. She brought all 4 tires to correct psi.
Karla is a credit to the company and her customer service was outstanding. Thanks Karla for all your help and assistance!!

Super friendly staff. My car broke down and sat in their parking lot for over three weeks. They worked with me and did not tow it away.
