Blue Diamond Cafe

Cute small town diner! Love the many ice cream and dessert options. I haven't tried lunch or dinner, but they have a variety of dishes to choose from. There is a drive though and dine in option, and I have always had excellent service.

It's not just a restaurant, it's like time for a handmade to order burger either 1/3 lb or 1/2 lb with all the trimmings. There were so many options to pick from. I may all time favorite is their chicken finger basket/with white gravy. The best onion rings for sure.

We're in town visiting Petit Jean State Park. Stopped by here last night and was so impressed that we came back tonight. Last night we had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer (homemade). I had the BBQ sandwich (they cook their own BBQ-homemade) and my wife had the catfish plate. We shared a hot peach pie for dessert (homemade). Tonight we had deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer (pictured...Loved the homemade ranch dressing!!!). I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (homemade) and my wife had the shrimp plate (pictures of both). We topped off tonight's meal with the hot apple pie topped with butter/brandy sauce and cinnamon ice cream (pictured). Delicious! If you're in town, don't miss this place. The prices are very reasonable (less than $40 both nights...not including the tip), the service is GREAT, and it's a really clean restaurant.

The food and service here is great! They offer a good variety of food as well as desserts. The fried green beans were really good and so was the Cuban sandwich. Be sure to save room for dessert if you have a sweet tooth! Give the Blue Diamond Cafe a try if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

By far the BEST Cheeseburgers 🍔 you can get, Anywhere!!!!!! It is delicious to say the least!!!! Never disappoints!! EVER!! The food is cooked to order. Served hot and fresh!! We last ate there a week ago and 😋 I'm gettin' hungry leaving this review at 3 a.m. think we'll go for lunch tomorrow! YES!!

Best fried dill pickles around. We always have to get a snowstorm. The ultimate cheese fries are a must too

Food and service were outstanding. Great variety of food to suit any of your cravings. Showed up with a large party just before closing and they were nice and served us extremely well. To summarize great food from great people.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Clean everything. Friendly service. Had such a hard time deciding what to pick from the menu. So many good items, sandwiches, hamburgers, fish, chicken, salads, nachos, and ice cream. Ended up getting the patty melt on marbled rye. Also they have fried pickles which they batter and season in house. Soooo good.
So uhmm yeah, great place to eat.

I had the Italian Hot Dog with cheese, chili, slaw, onions, & mustard. My wife had the Petit Jean Hot Dog. Both were great. I don't know the waitresses name, but she gave excellent service. She didn't write down anyone's order, but was getting all the orders right. She checked on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok.

Everything was good, didn't care for fries. My favorite fries is homemade or crinkle fries.

We had 2 great cheeseburgers with fries & onion rings. Good helpful service. We got it to go so I don't know about the atmosphere.

Great selection of food and ice cream. The banana split was humongous... excellent service. Nice atmosphere.

I highly recommend trying this restaurant . the restaurant was nice and heard it was our first time there and we went for the exotic sandwiches. we enjoyed our meal the food was awesome. When we left the cook wanted to know how I liked it. Give a few tips on how I would change it up. I'm excited to see if they changed it up the next time I go in. God bless stay safe

Yummy! I read the reviews before we came, and got the fried pickles. Delicious! Catfish dinners were great, cheese fries were great, make sure you get something with the homemade ranch. Service was sooo friendly and attentive, because we got refills so many times. I will be back!

If youre in the area and looking for a bite to eat do not drive past this place the food is spot on and delicious staff is great i promise you will not be disappointed.

Great local cafe. They also over lunch plate specials that change daily. Save room for desert and a homemade fried pie.

I'm not religious, but if a restaurant in the south has bible verses on the door, you know the food is gonna be dope. This place was sporting the Old Testament and did not disappoint.
I ordered tea, because if the tea is bad in a southern restaurant, you just need to ask for the check and flee. Don't even order. The tea at Blue Diamond was excellent as was the rest of the meal.
The service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We had a great time. I plan to stop there every time I pass through town.
