Today I came to the dmv to get an extension. When you walk in, there is plastic shower curtains hanging infringe of the counter so when someone says “May I help you?”, you can’t see who said it. The 1st person I had was rude. I ended up having to get a paper printed off and bring it back. The 2nd person I had when I came back was confused about the process , the person beside her was rude. I spoke to a third person before I left and she was rude. I now needed a signature on the paperwork that they didn’t specify before I left the 1st time when I left asking what all needs to be on the paperwork. I got back the 3rd time and got a complete different person. The first three rude people had went in lunch. This person was polite and knowledgeable and it didn’t take me long at all. Unfortunately, I always experience older black women with an attitude that have been working at a business for a while. I still don’t understand why majority of the black women in pine bluff act that way. Everyone should treat each other kind and be gentle because you never know what kind of day or week the other person has had. The person that was kind to me was a a white woman that didn’t give me a hard time and wasn’t rude. When I need anything done again I will be going to Whitehall where I haven’t experienced any rude employees.

They need new people in there the woman was rude and had a attitude.

Six workers behind the desk and two people on there to be called. No one is moving. REALLY!!
