Amazing! The girl who helped us was very knowledgeable and we got there with 10 minutes to spare, but she took her time to explain things and didn't rush us at all.

Addition: she was an expert at plumbing. Hair was shoulder length maybe... And might have been reddish or strawberry blonde.

Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a dummy when it comes to fixing things but they are there to help me get the right stuff i need

I wish I could remember the girls name that helped me. She had auburn hair and she was short but I'm tall and her makeup matched her hair. She was pretty and smiled big and she helped me with everything. I walk with a cane and the less steps I have to take the better. I was shopping for weatherization products for my house and I was helped every step of the way. Thank you miss. You made my day.

I love being able to go by S&S and grab lumber, fasteners, and lawn/garden stuff I need.
They know if i come in once that day that I am gonna forget something and I'll be back. Sometimes I like to just go shop and look around.

Best place in town if you’re doing some home renovation or anything similar. They are super helpful. Good prices. Easy pick up for larger items like wood etc. definitely where I go for all of my hardware needs! Wish they were open more hours but otherwise amazing. Workers are sooo attentive it is unreal. Also a great place to go get your locks changed which is roughly $10 per lock.

OMG! The staff is pretty darn AMAZING. They greet you upon entering and offer assistance immediately. Ms. Heather, Mr. Andrew and Ms. Sabrina are absolutely HEAVEN SENT- they exhibited an amount of patience unknown to man on my visit. I am forever grateful to the entire S and S TEAM! Thank you

One of the most friendly and helpful places you will ever shop. I had some plumbing to do and needed some odd stuff. Got there close to closing time on a Saturday and they stayed and made sure I had what I needed. Recommend you shop here first!

I have shopped at this store for as long as they have been here. They afford you a pleasant shopping experience and have almost anything you could want. Their employees are local and very well trained. They go above and beyond in their service!! Many have been there so long they feel like friends!!! Great building supply store! I'm finding more and more things I can get here and skip the drive to home depot. Not necc the place to go if you want a huge variety of flooring, tile, lighting, accessories etc but really a solid and well run general building store. Also the service is great! You can find help to find what you need and often I'm asked before I even go looking for help.

This is a great little hardware store. The tool selection is good with lots of Milwaukee stuff. I went in for paint today and they had everything I needed. The folks are very helpful in every department I've been through. Returns are hassle free too with your receipt. Bought some plumbing parts for a new water line and ended up with some extra and incorrect pieces for my install. When I returned the items the guy in the plumbing department was sick about pointing me in the wrong direction with those parts. He got me what I needed the second time around. I haven't done anything plumbing related yet that didn't require at least 3 trips to a hardware store. That's just plumbing and my ignorance of it.

I am much impressed by the gal in your paint department. She knows her department and products. She gave me a ideas and showed me products needed for them.
I was looking for a a certain shade of paint for a dresser I am redoing. She nailed it.
I am embarrassed to say that I didn't ask for her name but I will rectify that when I come back in.

Great selection and pricing. You'd expect a town with only one store to gouge you, but they beat most anybody around. The only negative I'd say is the aggressive "can I help you" they are required to do. I get it though, have you ever been asked that in the box stores?

Andrew was very help, offered solutions, and helped me get my item out to the car. Keep up the good work and the only time I'll see home Depot is in my rear view mirror

Needed play sand for a party last week. S&S was the only place who had it. Great price and they helped me carry it out to the car. You won't get that at WalMart. S&S is our go to place for household repairs...and making a 4 yr old's birthday special.

GARDEN CENTER is my favorite but this is good business from entering the store to load out at garden center or wood yard. Keep up the good work!
