Lake Fort Smith Visitor Center

Very beautiful park! This park is located in the beautiful Boston Mountains of NWA and features a beautiful lake! This park is really well kept and although you cannot swim in the lake the park offers a large pool area. The lake is just serene and you can rent pontoons, kayaks, canoes, or bass boats at the marina! There are some rules regarding the lake so be sure and check out their website before making any plans. Either way this place is definitely worth checking out! Arkansas has some beautiful state parks! 🗻🏞

Friendly staff. Beautiful venue. Nice campgrounds rv or tent camping. Several cabins 2 family lodges and a dining hall.
We have our family reunion there each year.

Beautiful state park. Fall time is the best with the changing of the leaves. Everyone should visit this place at least once then they'll want to go each year at least once. Just simply breath taking scenery that was "painted" by the Lord.

Excellent tourist destination, weekend warrior stop, or camping location. Nice visitor's center with regular educational activities and events, great campground with full hook-ups, and a nice lake and swimming pool. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

It was a good experience with friendly services, for children and ages alike. The trails are well maintained and marked visibly. Campsites are cleaned and have great parking.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Lake Fort Smith State Park. If you have never been before, it is a must! Everything from campsites, cabins and the lodge were exceptional! We stayed in the camping area while other family members stayed in cabins and the lodge. We will be returning!

Very nice and clean day use area, reasonably priced rentals and they even loan out fishing equipment. No swimming except for at the pool.

Went on June 21st. Very nice pool and facilities. Not very crowded.

Just passing thru, waited out a rainstorm. Nice exhibits. Friendly lady at information desk.
