I love this Housing Authority out of all the neighboring housing authorities. Very professional and Julia responds to you quickly.

Its real awesome and not that much money

I can’t ever seem to get anybody on the phone no matter how many times I call.

I called several times about how they put my birthdate in wrong. The first time I called they said they fixed it. The second time I called they didn’t answer. The third time I called they told me that it was fixed and they “didn’t know what I wanted them to do” when on my end it wasn’t fixed. The lady got an attitude with me a first. Then told me I have to wait til Thursday for someone else fix’s it and then never called me back when she said she would.

They do not answer their phone. Just a recording saying they’ll listen to messages the next day but they never do and don’t call back. The one time we got a person she sent the call to the same recording then would not answer the phone again. Who is over these people?

My mother has called several times over the past 3 weeks and left at least 3 voicemails all but begging for just a phone call back and still nothing, because nobody will ever answer a phone there, even when it shows that they are open!
