Bought a hot water heater and they recomend a plummer to install they delivered the heater and the plummer came the same day and installed it the next morning

This is your typical hometown hardware store. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a massive inventory that includes hard to find items. Prices on some items are higher than the local Walmart but the service more than makes up for the difference. At least when you ask where something is or don't really know what you need, the employees don't have to go look for someone who can help.

You need it, they probably have it; the rare times they don’t , they will order it or tell you where you might find it. They even find the watchamuhcallit that goes on the thingamajig that was about the flippy part on the back of the blue thing. And they do it kindly.
