El Puente

We are exploring and possibly moving to Arkansas. Stopped in to have lunch. Great service and food. We definitely will eat here again if Arkansas becomes our home.

I have to say.....when. I saw a Mexican food place in small-town Arkansas ....being from South Texas....I was skeptical. Well .....the joke was on me. El Puente is amazing. The big fajita baked potato might be ...one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. I'll be back for sure!

Great service and the food came out fast! Cool decor with a great atmosphere! I had the Shrimp Chimichanga, and it was DELICIOUS! Very well done, El Puente! 🤘😎🤘

Food was good but service was shotty. Was seated, got drinks, ordered, then was completely forgotten about.

I would say it's the best Mexican restaurant in Newport. There new building is very nice. As popular as it is the owner may have to reopen the old building across the street to accommodate all his customers.

After a long day of travel I was ready for a good meal. I'm glad we stopped! I had the steak fajitas and they were great.

Hear me out…… Great Buffalo Chicken Wings.
Also the crunchy style of chips, not watery cheese dip.
Definitely will be back

This place has always been the best. The food, the people and the prices. Always clean and can trust the kitchen is handling the food properly to. Love it and can’t wait for the new building!

The food is so delicious, and authentic Mexican , nothing artificial! The prices have went up some like everything else, but you want be disappointed! Love it!

I love this place. Love that they have a drive thru. Inside is always a vibe no matter how crowded or empty it is at the time. Never had a bad experience here.

I ordered cheese dip, salsa and Pollo Oxaca with shredded chicken instead of strips. The cheese dip was just as perfect as most Mexican restaurants. The salsa was smoothly blended and had a hint of cilantro, but not too much, and it wasn’t too spicy. I enjoyed it even though I hate cilantro. The Pollo Oxaca was delightfully delicious and full of flavor. I raved about it after almost every bite. The service was excellent and the food was brought out quickly. If we lived near Newport, this would become our favorite Mexican restaurant.
