We had a minor gas leak from our stove. They were very responsive and got us in touch with a tech almost immediately. Cody called us almost immediately to offer some temporary solutions we might try before he could get there, and he came out first thing the next day. He was very professional and was able to find and repair the leak in less than an hour. He was very courteous and was sweet to our pets too. Service was affordable and we will definitely be calling Ray Lusk in the future for our any plumbing needs!

Best plumbing service I've ever used (and I'm 70 years old, so I've used a lot). I would recommend them to family and my closest friends.

We live in an area notorious for low water pressure (30lbs or slightly less), which we've had for 10 years. Several months ago, our pressure dropped to an untenable amount (10-15?). They came out and we asked if they could at least get it back to where it was, but if possible to improve the pressure. They installed a new regulator and returned it to our regular pressure. The total charge for over 2 hours of work checking for improving pressure from the main into the house was just $300, including the regulator.

A week ago, our pressure dropped to near zero. So, I called them back to check. This time I asked them to check and see what would be necessary to increase our pressure even if we had to lay new pipe between the main and our house. They spent 2 half-days checking everything from what new piping would do to looking for any leaks, etc. They stayed after this until they discovered a second water pressure regulator in our house (It's about 50 years old) that had gone bad and had virtually shut down our water pressure. They removed that bad regulator, re-piped the line and voila we have nearly 70 lbs of pressure.

You know what they charged me? Zero $. They said they should have checked for that when they were out the first time and that it was covered by their guarantee.

If you have any plumbing job, big or small, you should call Ray Lusk. Clearly, their warranty and guarantee means a lot to them.

I had an emergency and the need for a plumber the same day they worked me into their schedule and they took care of my problem. Service person was very thorough and thoughtful.

Ok so they cleaned some blockage in a drain at my house and broke the toilet. The tech was very nice and said it would be replaced. Just wondering if it’s normal to still charge me $500 for such a easy job and after breaking my toilet?

I was very disappointed when I had to call them a third time in 6 weeks for the same thing. And they didn’t obviously warranty their work because that would require them to do the right thing and fix it for free or at least at a discounted price. I’ve been in the service industry for most of my adult life and I know when to take care of customers. I have moved on down the plumber page to find one that knows what they are doing and also know how to treat their customers.

Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Took advantage of older couple and man has cancer. Tried to get couple to pay him for work not done. Ran him off and got Matlock to do job for $100 instead of the $500 that Lusk tried to charge the elderly couple.
