What a fun time buying jewelry! Over the past couple of years, we have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Ginny and each time she made it painless and fun. I took my engagement ring and wedding band to Jones & Son because I have heard great things about them. I went to have my rings soldered together after my March 10th wedding. I picked up my rings today, and they are absolutely perfect! Ginny was my sales associate, and she was very sweet and friendly! As an added treat, she showed me some beautiful pieces that I asked about and even made some great suggestions. I have some thinking to do! I had such a wonderful experience! If you are looking for a jeweler, Jones & Son is the place to go!

I had the absolute best experience EVER!!! After 15 years of marriage it was time to move up to my “big girl ring”, my final ring. That is a quote from Mae, who helped me build my dream ring! She was amazing!!! Not only an amazing salesperson, but I made a friend for life! After bugging her to death, she remained patient and kind as ever! She called me on her days off to update me on my ring, which was custom made for me. I picked my ring up yesterday and she personally called me last night just to check up on me and my ring!!! She is the most precious person I’ve ever met!!! The store, the professionalism, the NON-PRESSURE SALES and the sweetest, most precious, beautiful (inside and out), Mae, made this experience the BEST AND MOST MEMORABLE EVER!!! Jacob at Jones and Son was amazing!! For our 14th wedding anniversary he helped me customize a ring using my original princess cut diamond. I knew I wanted something to signify our two sons, but wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted to change up my setting. Jacob was so helpful and patient as I thought through all the options I was considering. I found a setting from Henri Daussi that had the two halos but in a cushion cut (on prob the 3rd visit 🙈) and he helped me visualize how how it would be with my princess cut. I recommend them 10/10! I’m obsessed with how it turned out and it’s just so special.

A great experience all around from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in the store to browse their collections to the moment I snuck in to buy the ring their staff was warm and welcoming in a way that felt truly genuine, rather than the fake warmth you sometimes feel from sales people. The rings themselves turned out beautiful and not a day goes by I don't catch my now fiance staring at it, and the joy on her face definitely made everything worth it. As for pricing, they do carry top brands so might be more expensive than some jewelers, but they are definitely very competitively priced matching costs to any major brand you might find. (And here's a tip, if you buy the engagement ring, diamond, and wedding band in one go they'll be willing to give you a bit of a discount on these items) I certainly know I would recommend them based on staff alone to any friends looking to buy. And a side note that if you ask them about their partnership with children's hospital you will get to see their passion and dedication for helping out their charitable foundation.

Jones and Son are GREAT!! JR was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was exactly what I wanted and more. He even met me on a day when they were closed so I could pick up my ring for a surprise engagement while my then girlfriend was at work. JR even called the next week to see how the engagement went and to ask how my fiance like her new ring-just a quality guy all around. So many great things to say about JR and his son who is also a jeweler there. Will only shop here for future purchases and would give more stars if possible.

Jones & Son is incredible! There customer service is great, professional, and they are very eager to help you with your needs. I bought my engagement ring and wedding band and my wife now absolutely loves them! I was able to customize the engagement ring to my liking. I also bought a sapphire necklace that was custom made and a bracelet that was custom made to my liking. Jones and Son has the finest jewelry around and reasonable on pricing.
