Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock

Came here with my mom dad wife and daughter. This stay has been absolutely amazing. Chita at the front desk has excellent customer service. She has been so friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms are very nice as well. Love the two free drinks also we get every night such a nice thing to offer to guests. If we ever come back to Little Rock we will definitely be staying here.

When we first arrived, the room that we requested was not available because of the arrival time. On the next day, we spoke with the front desk and was well taken care of. Our two weeks have been awesome. The chef, Darell was awesome, and I can not leave out Jeremy they both was great. The staff was very professional and helpful. Sometimes parking was at a premium, but we'll worth the wait. The house keeping staff was very much on point. We will return.

The customer service was outstanding, rooms were lovely, and very clean! Ms. Chita at the front desk was very welcoming and the bar tender Ms. Barbara was on top of it!! I have never stayed at a hotel where I have felt so safe! I highly recommend!

This hotel earned a 5 star in every area of our stay. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the resturant, to the breakfast (Superb). The manager was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I have come to this hotel twice in the past six months, and all I can say is the bartender- Miss Lori- is so thoughtful and kind! The BEST bartender we’ve had at any sort of hotel. We cannot thank her enough for making us smile and keeping us happy while lounging in the cafe area. Thank you Lori so much!

We can’t thank jameelah for going above and beyond to help us get situated and comfortable at the hotel. We had called earlier in the week to request an early check-in as we are coming in from an estate for a wedding and wouldn’t have time to get ready and to the wedding on time. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, but she went above her duties to make sure we could get an early check-in and comfortable in the room and have time to even rest before getting to the wedding. The manager also helped us carry our bags upstairs and refused refused to tip as this is part of his job. We would recommend this place over and over again for their kindness and hospitality

Big kudos to George Green at the front! We witnessed a very unusual situation and he handled it with the utmost professionalism and made us all feel safe. I appreciate him so much!

Have stayed here before, and really liked it. They have free snacks and free drinks in the evening time. This time, I was in town for a morning medical procedure. My procedure got done about 11 and the doctor told me that napping immediately afterwards would help get through the rough hours after surgery. I called the night before and spoke with a Hilton Honors representative, who then spoke with Cody at the front desk of the hotel. They arranged to have a room for me, allowing me to early check in. This was a life saver and I’m so thankful they worked with me on it!

We stayed at Embassy in Little Rock Arkansas and it was clean, beds Comfortable, Staff very Helpful and The Breakfast was awesome!

The Breakfast was the highlight and couldn’t believe such a selection was included complimentary. An amazing deal with today’s economy

The food at the hotel has been awesome Executive Chef Jeremy and his crew do a phenomenal job. The burger and pizza was outstanding. And the breakfast omelettes made to order are great. I also want to say that the bartenders Ms. Lori, Ms. Barbara and Marquell are the greatest and so personable. Made me feel like I was at my local bar.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing. I worked at a hotel for many years and so it's normal for me to inspect the room as I would when I worked at a hotel and I can honestly say I didn't find not one issue with the rooms the housekeeper I spoke with was very nice and she helped me with making sure I had everything I needed. I don't stay in hotels very often and it was great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to people I know . Thank you Hilton Family

Overall great experience. Lori the bartender is amazing. I have not stayed at the location before but will again when my travel bring me to Little Rock.

Also George at the front desk was great during the check in process.

What was turning out to be a disappointment was made right by Barbara working the bar, she was a sweetheart and very accomodating. Kevin working up front provided great service and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciated the way they handled things and made it right. I will definitely return.

My recent stay, RJ at the front desk truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Not only did he warmly welcome me upon arrival, but he also took the time to patiently answer all my questions about nearby dining options and the amenities in my room. His genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest, and I left with a smile thanks to his exceptional service. Thank you, RJ, for making my stay memorable and enjoyable!"

Love the new air purifiers in the room! The staff are courteous and helpful especially RJ at the front desk. RJ provided me with my welcome amenities as a gold member and was very accommodating at checkout. I was treated as a valued client throughout my stay.

We love the location for visiting our family nearby. The breakfast is always AMAZING, especially the made to order omelettes! Our room is a good size and fits our needs for a family of 5. The fitness room is also excellent, though a bit warm. The staff is always courteous and takes care of our needs. It’s a great place to stay.

Traveling home from a family wedding. This was the best hotel our whole trip! I would stay at this location again if needed. I slept great too. Loved everything about this stay.

I took my family here on a vacation down to Louisiana from Missouri. We had a great time and enjoyed the room. We only wish there were some Concessions, as there were no concession machines anywhere, only ice machines. We were hungry in the middle of the night but really that's my only complaint!

Everything was great! Especially breakfast! Night security and staff with Jon was very helpful and accommodating. Whenever we make it back we will check here first!🦁
