Holiday Inn Little Rock West - Chenal Pkwy, an IHG Hotel

For anyone who would like to be comfortable with a hotel room experience. The Inn of West little rock formerly the Holiday inn little rock west on chenal parkway is the best place to get a great. Jermaine the manager and his staff have been great at accommodating my family and I in our current situation. We are blessed to have found this hotel.

I did not stay here. Due to my own error i went to the wrong Holiday Inn during my stop in Little Rock. However, im leaving this review for the woman with the red hair at the front desk when I tried to check in. She was not only gracious about my mistake, she gave me detailed information on how to find my correct hotel and also gave me information on all the restaurant options nearby, knowing there werent many by my actual hotel. Really grateful for helpful kind people like her who have to work night shifts.

Erick & Tamika were OUTSTANDING!!!! I first called to inquire about my potential stay at this property & they gave a glowing review of the hotel and the area. I immediately booked & arrived after a long drive from Florida. Both Tamika & Erick provided exquisite customer service and I am literally in the room right now and I love it. The rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely return!

This was one of the nicest cleanest rooms I've been in. It was way better than more expensive Motel close to it that I had to stay in the night before. I will only stay here ever again if I am in Little Rock.

Beautiful place! Very quiet too. I went to go into my room and was straight halted by the cleaning lady. She said I'm cleaning, you'll have to wait. I like that. I like that a lot. Good for you all for practicing good cleaning habits during this time. Also...the pillows are to die for!!! I almost stole one but sadly I didn't

The staff here is unbelievably nice, whether it was the daytime or nightime staff. Very quite area and felt very safe here. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfy.
I'll definitely stay here again.

Was able to get cheaper rates with better availability than downtown hotels with only a short 15 minute drive to get into the heart off downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite clean and comfortable... actually got better sleep here than I've gotten in most hotels. Great value, handy to everywhere... couldn't ask for more.

Didn’t actually stay here but booked here. Went in found out from Eric Johnson the pool was out of order!!! Came from MO to celebrate grandsons birthday and he wanted to swim. Eric was on top of the situation!! Got us in at another Holiday Inn Express downtown with a working outdoor pool! Eric was efficient and professional, I felt bad because it was his day off but he wanted to help us out anyway he could. Give this man a raise!!!

We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Little Rock West- Chenal on a road trip. The room we had on the fourth floor was a 2 queen bed suite. The room was well appointed and felt luxurious. A small kitchenette was included. Breakfast in the cafe was not free, but a great value and tasty. We ordered room service for dinner which was delivered quickly. The price and good quality was comparable to a mid- range restaurant like Chili's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Directions and orientation of the hotel were succinct and professional :)

The room was well-kept and clean in every single aspect!

The bed was comfortable with a firm feeling, which offered good back support.

Stayed here last weekend. Was in LR due to a family member having a massive stroke. The hotel was nice and clean as expected, the bonus was the great staff! Martice was very helpful and went above and beyond to help secure needed paperwork and offered any help I needed. If he isnt, this young man would be a great canidate for management training! Also, Claudia and Nathan offered help and made our stay a very positive one. Thank you!

Me an my husband stay there this week. We had a problem with our room but Ryan an I cant remeber the young girl name they was wonderful and fantastic they got us into another room. The cook an bartender and the afternoon know how to do there good also. I would suggest one thing if the house keeper needs to vacuum behind the beds there was dust an all kind of stuff. This is one of the best hoilday inn we have ever stay at. The afternoon shift know how to treat there customers

Love staying here! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and upscale. We get the suites with mini fridge, microwave, desk and sofa so it is very cozy and comfortable.. like being home. There's also a beautiful outdoor sitting area with a fireplace... You can enjoy a meal there or just sit and enjoy your day or evening.
The staff has always been pleasant and go above and beyond. We've stayed many times because I'm using a local hospital/surgeon and we have become very familiar with some of the staff. One favorite is a young lady who handles breakfast. When we first started coming last year, she was very pregnant but would still go out of her way to accommodate us. She was very friendly and personable. We got to know her over several weeks. Last we were here, she was past her due date and we were concerned about her and being on her feet. She would laugh and say that she hoped it'd help her go in labor! Lol! Really hoping she's here in the morning and we can catch up and see pictures of her baby...
Other staff have been great, too. Any issues, questions or even suggestions we need for food they always have answers, directions, suggestions..
Great experience! We don't bother staying anywhere else when in town and, with my surgery date hopefully getting close, we plan to spend future visits here, as well.
Fortunately for us, we are just a couple exits away from the hospital so that's fabulous. We are also near a large variety of wonderful restaurants.

Great value for the price if a night's stay. Friendly staff. Full service restaurant inside the hotel. We are breakfast there in the restaurant and it was good. Spacious room, with refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker (single pods). We will stay here again.

We stopped there for one night and the room was very nice and clean. Hotel looks pretty good too. The parking is big and safe which was very good for us because we had a moving truck with a trailer. Also, front desk agent, Ryan, was very helpful and nice!

I really liked the hotel, although, I’m STILL waiting on them to fix my bill after a week. And there was a weird thing in the middle of the night. I went to get a bottle of water from the front desk. And the guy was like, “Sorry, it’s locked I there and I can’t get it. But I think the bar has 1 sprite left.” So, being extremely thirsty and not wanting to venture into LR at 2 am. I agreed to the semi cold can sprite! THEN HE CHARGED ME FOR IT. Ugh. I don’t even like Sprite . But charging $2 for a can of sprite that I didn’t want in the first place was a bit much.

Great place to stay in West Little Rock Arkansas. Staff was fast checking me in, very helpful and knowledgeable of the hotel amenities. Very safe place and surroundings. Lots of resturants, shopping, zoo, Clinton Library within a few miles, God forbid Hospital a couple of miles.

Stayed here 2 nights and everything from the front desk clerk to staff to rooms and so on, everything was great! Couldn't believe we were staying at such a nice hotel for the price given. Will definitely be back again!

Love this hotel!! I've stayed a second time. Both stays where for a two day family event. Rooms where clean, bed was firm and comfortable, easy access from car to room. Not right on a busy boulevard so zero traffic noice but has easy access to central highway interchange.
