I don't know anything about cars and the staff here has always helped me find what I need. I also really appreciate the lights installed outside all the way across the building at hood level. They provide plenty of light after dark to do quick fixes while you're still in the parking lot to avoid an unnecessary ticket.

First off I want to address the fact that the store was basically spotless. I almost felt bad walking in because my boots were dirty. As soon as I entered the store i was greeted by a friendly associate who was ready to help me find exactly what I needed. And that’s exactly what he did.

They were a big help for me today! I was traveling through and started having car problems. Pulled into to Autozone. They quickly help diagnose the problem AND get me set up with a mechanic that could take care of me immediately! This was at 10:30 on a Saturday on a Holiday weekend! The employees were very friendly and Courteous! Thank you so much!!!

I think Newport is lucky to have this store and it's employees. There's a guy I. There pretty tall and has camo facemask, he helped us out hugely. Had a different axle on our vehicle and didn't jniw, so we had purchased the wrong rotors and pads. When we came back confused this dude amongst the other employees with deer in the headlights look knew what must have happened and which year it came from. He makes up for any issue I could ever have there. Thanks man for killing it!

Thank y'all so much. We're from Texas an my air went out when we were on our way to St. Louis. These guys rock. Not only did the gentleman help locate my air filter. Her even helped me change it. Excellent service
