What a friendly staff! They always wave and smile. Seem glad that i am there. Eagerly exchange the microfiber towel or air freshener. Plus free vacuums too & the car wash itself is efficient & does a great job. Another bonus, no unnecessary sticker for you car, they use license plate reading technology to admit. Well worth the monthly fee.

I went to splash car wash today. My car is white and it was so nasty. I was embarrassed for anyone to see it. The manager came out and talked with me, he was so nice and pleasant. He and the young man, Brooks, made sure I was satisfied. The back of my car was hard to get cleaned, y’all, they allowed me to go through again to make sure I was happy. They definitely have them a new customer!

Peysha was amazing!! She was super knowledgeable and told me how their services work and even about the the new and upcoming car washes! She is a model employee and everyone should aspire to be like her. You should pay that girl well, because someone is going to snag her from you. She said she got paid well, and she deserves it. Shea is a great guy, and the staff at the Kiehl and JFK location are extremely kind people. I worked at Splash for a short time and it was a great learning opportunity, not only that, but I am now a first responder and nearly every time I come to get my car washed they tell me it’s “on them” and they appreciate what I do. Seriously kind individuals and great kids that work up here.

Friendly staff, always with a smile and wave. Vacuums always have adequate suction. It is very well kept up, and we will keep our subscriptions as can just zip through and keep our investments shiny.

I called today to check on prices. The guy that answered was the most polite person. He went on to explain the deal that they had for six months so I took it. He told me to come in today. I had ask what there hours were and went on to explain that he and Brook were working. Long story short. Joseph, Brooke, and Faith were outstanding. It was like customer service from 30 or 40 years ago. I will be canceling my other service simply based on superior service

Went through with a e-gift card. It wasn’t working but the staff were quick to make it right and get it figured out. After that I was on my way to an amazingly washed car!

I so love going here. Don't get me wrong, I like the other location too. There is something about cleaning out your car that makes me happy.

Needed a car wash on my way back to Texas and ended up stopping by, great place! Got an amazing wash on my car, Brooks was very helpful and nice. I would buy the car wash plan if I was a local! Overall great experience.

My mother and I were in town for a baby shower and we were needing to get her vehicle cleaned. We had never been to a Splash Carwash before, but decided to try it. We’re so glad we did! One of the employees, Joseph, generously gave us the $25 wash. We were very impressed. Thank you again!

I actually live about 20-25 minutes from this location, but I make sure I use this Splash Car Wash when I’m in the area. I actually preferred this location over the one and Cabot.

Very nice carwash. Hands down the best vacuums I’ve ever used at an automatic carwash and I’ve been to many!! My truck is also clean and shiny! :)

I use your car wash a lot & on Sat. 17th I took my mom’s car to clean up from over 2 years of tree sap/bird stuff. I figured just a wash wouldn’t do but I could get the top layer of grime off & ask for help to get the black embedded gunk off! I pulled up & there was Joseph my saint! After his very friendly greeting & introducing himself I told him what was going on & asked if he was qualified to help me more than just explaining the different washes. He said he was but if for some reason he couldn’t he would make sure he got someone that could. He suggested that I get the lowest wash then if I pulled over to the vacuums there were some towels & spray cleaner that would take it off, I would have to scrub it good but it would work. He told me what it was & how to apply it. They were super busy he said if they slowed down or no customers he would try to help me or at least check in with me. He certainly went over & above his job especially with his friendliness, knowledge, & kindness! You need a whole crew of employees like him & I totally hope upper management even owners sees this long Kuddos! Thanks again Joseph for being you! My 88 yr old mom said Thanks for helping her have a white car again!!

Sad I had to cancel my monthly plan. Moved for work and there's not another Splash where we're headed. Well worth it!!

Nice job on the basic wash for my Subaru Forrester. I would use this location again. Joseph met me at the checkin. He was friendly and informative about plans without being pushy. Overall experience above my expectations. Vacuuming area was nice and user friendly with dual hoses for access to all sides including cargo area.

Went through the car wash a couple of times and each time I had an issue with not being able to get a wash and having to have someone scan their card to let me get a wash. Went there the last time and Joseph went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was fixed and didn't just quickly take my name and scan me through. Really appreciated the time that he spent to take care of us. Now I have no issues getting through. Thanks Joseph!
