Haley Siefert was our realtor and we couldn’t have been happier! The market was super fast when we started looking and she would get us listing as soon as they were on the market! If she hadn’t done that we would not be in the house we are in! We told her what we wanted and she delivered! Can’t say enough!

Very helpful

We decided to go with Classic Homes Realty since they have sold many homes in our neighborhood, but my god was it a HUGE mistake. If I could give no stars I would. We should have used the realtor that helped us buy our home who is with a different company. Unfortunately hindsight is 20/20.

We used Heather Cunningham as our realtor and it was an absolute nightmare. Some highlights of what occurred:

Heather canceled a brokers open 1 hour before due to feeling sick instead of seeing if someone from her team could step in for her or canceling the night before.

Heather also does not seem to understand the current housing market. Not only did she tell us what to initially list our house for, but after it sat she would tell us each week to go down 5k or so, which was always putting us a month behind the selling trend.

When it came time for closing she did a horrendous job advocating for us and helping us get a fair deal. Due to her lack of efforts we got a terrible deal on our house. Of course, she doesn’t care because she still gets her commission.

Heather also told us two days before closing that the buyers had to push back to the original closing date after we had accommodated them when they asked us with only a two week notice. I find it hard to believe she found out two days prior.

I would 1000% recommend going with a different company such as Keller Williams Realty. If we could have fired Heather and went with Haley Siefert from Keller we would have. Haley is responsive, has an excellent knowledge of the market and is great with helping you get to a deal you feel good about. Trust me, save yourself the regret and pain go with a different company
