I flew to Boston and didn't realize I forgot to pack my sneakers.... WHILE VISITING BOSTON!!! After beating myself up over it, I walked (in my flip flops) over to DSW and picked up a very reasonably-priced pair of Sketchers that lasted me my entire vacation, and now nearly 2 years later they're my everyday pair! The workers were so nice... They even took the empty shoebox from me and tossed it because I didn't want to walk around with it! Thank you!!

I have never walked out of here without a pair of shoes! They have a very large selection of name brands! While sightseeing in Boston, we stopped in because my current sneakers were not very good for walking. I walked out wearing a new pair of New Balance sneakers and felt
like I was walking on air. They saved the day!

I have been shopping at this specific location for 10+ years. They have a wide variety of shoes for both men and women. It’s always organized & the staff are friendly. FIRST FLOOR: Men & Women sneakers. SECOND FLOOR: womens heels, boots & Clarence section. If the escalator going down to first floor isn’t working. There is an elevator & stairs to lead you back down. Happy shopping!

There's nothing I didn't like about this place and even though my visit was a bit brief I just loved it. It was clean, organized, and the employees were very kind. Plus, I like how there's a price point for everyone so whether you want to spend 60 dollars on a pair of shoes or 160 dollars, there's something for you. I only noticed that because I came here with a budget and it was totally worth it.

Nice store with a decent selection of shoes, socks, and miscellaneous things. The first floor is just the entrance, the second floor where checkout is has the regular priced items, and the third floor has clearance as well as some things like insoles and shoe cleaners. They offer free in-store and curbside pickup if you buy online. They usually have good deals, and the staff is pretty nice. I needed a pair of Converse for the gym and some socks, so I picked them up here.

Plenty of choices, especially for running shoes. We bought two Addidas cloud foam shoes. Price is very reasonable. Customer service is great. I opened an online account with DSW and was supposed to get $10 off. They let me take $10 off each pair of shoes even though the coupon was not showing up in my email.

Always a line, but it moves quickly. Floor staff are always pleasant and quick to assist. I get the same cashier almost every time I shop here, and she's a joy. She even processed a return for me on shoes I wore after finding out the wrong size was in the box. Great customer service and there are always good shoe options.

I’ve shopped there often and they have a huge variety of shoes. Men and women have floors dedicated to their products and the customer service is stellar.

I stopped there to exchange a pair of shoes I’ve just received. They were the only store who had it available for exchange the same day (talk about coming in “clutch”). They’re right next to public transportation so there’s every reason to give them a visit. I certainly enjoy their products and I’m confident you will too

I was going to see New Kids on the block at Fenway Park, Boston. I was looking for Reebok Hi top aerobic sneakers. i was looking for white. I went to 5 sneaker stores not one carried them. I went to DSW and found the cutest pair of peachy orange reebok aerobic sneakers lo top and for less than $40. I wore them twice and get lots of compliments. I literally have never left this store without something in hand. I will go again.

I saw a pair of boots I wanted
I called dsw customer service and ask them to bring it local DSW and put my name on them. Cust. serv. did what I asked them to do. I went there and saw the and I didn't like them. So I bought some Sam Edelman leather boots. The sale from the previous week was on the snoots and the sales clerk let me have it for the previous sale price. I walked out the store very happy I could get a previous sale on knee leather boots.

Go up to the top floor for the clearance racks. They have great sales up there and will combine with the DSW rewards and coupons you have from your DSW frequent buyer account. The store is currently under construction so getting around was confusing at first, but once you figure it out (escalators up, need to take the elevators to go back down), it's not bad at all.

I don't even like shopping but this store is wonderful. HUGE selection and very reasonable prices. I wear a size 10 and had no issue finding every shoe I wanted. I wish I visited years ago!

Another great location for getting a fresh pair of kicks on my feet! As DTX develops more so, this location seems to be getting an even better selection of sneakers and shoes for men. This location is also great for belts, shoe care and the occasional leather good such as a tablet sleeve, etc.

Great selection for my big size 11 foot. I've always stayed away from DSW because they never have a good selection in my size, but this one does! I'll be back!

Love this store in Downtown Crossing in Boston MA. So many shoes, great prices, always buy my shoes here, sometimes I will buy 2 or 3 pair at the same time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you find the right pair of shoes.
