Absolutely delightful! The food selection is incredible, and all of our selections were done to perfection. Very nice wine list - something for everyone. Of course, an ample cocktail list. Attentive waitstaff who do not hover. Cozy environment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and time there. Will definitely go again.

WE had limited time and kind of last minute we headed to the North End around 4:30 on Saturday December afternoon between the holidays. The North end was busy! The smell of Food and pastries was in the air and the streets and sidewalks were a sea of people. Excitement filled the air !
Bacco did not disappoint.

We were greeted by a gracious host and asked if we had a reservation, of course we did not. WE spoke for a minute talked about here we were from and if we had been there before. The bar was packed with Thirsty guests and our host was scanning the room and found us a table which they quickly converted to seat 3 , our last minute non-reservation situation vanished and we were seated quickly . Our waiter Brian provided us quick , efficient professional service with no rush . We ordered drinks and were served delicious bread with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.the Moretti Lager arrived with a chilled glass and was perfect, the house Pinot Grigio was also enjoyable. Ice water refills ere constant and perfectly timed, indicative of a well oiled , well managed staff.
For appetizers we ordered the fried calamari with cherry peppers, and the artichokes with “Picatta “ style sauce. The calamari was crisp and fresh , the sauce sublime, and the cherry peppers were also fried and just perfect. The artichokes I could eat every day and the sauce was mopped up with some more bread!
Entrees included A Seared salmon with jumbo shrimp and spinach ravioli , Picatta style. Awesome all around , excellent quality Fish and shrimp- definitely not rubbery tiger shrimp , somewhere around the u15 size.
The linguini with shrimp , scallops and lobster “carbonara style” was just off the hook as far as decadence and two people could share it after apps.Good quality shellfish once again .
I had the Veal Parmigiano, which was just as perfect as expected at this point with al dente linguini on the side sauces to perfection , tender and what you would expect in a REal Italian restaurant Like Bacco. Cheese was grated table side by our waiter and zero skimping was the name of the game - my kind of preferred cheese experience. Cracked black Pepper was also offered.

Overall , our experience at Bacco met our lofty expectations Of the North End food scene . We will return and recommend it to everyone. Thank you , for seating us without a reservation on a super busy Holiday weekend, thanks for everything about your restaurant, The Capodanno Family

It's a great restaurant with good food. My only complaint is that all the tables are so so so sticky. And apparently the server said all tables are like that and we saw everyone around us struggle as well. To pick up or move glasses or plates is an art :)

Great for a date night! Still early in my exploration of north end restaurants but this definitely set the standard. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and the food did not disappoint. My favorite dish was the calamari. It’s was so crispy and fresh. It was perfect for an appetizer and it was a great refresher and complement to the relatively heavier pasta entrees (also incredibly tasty).

Best Bartenders in the North End. Festive and attentive creative. Ask for a home craft mix drink and they deliver.

This place was awesome. It’s very rare that i go out to nicer places like this but it makes it all worth it. We went during the boston dine out and the price you pay for all the delicious food is awesome. The service was great and the food was too, i have no complaints.

I had the privilege to work here 9-10yrs ago. Back then the food quality and service experience was the highest. Today that same top quality of service and food quality status still: the highest. No where else you will experience such authentic Italian cuisine. I will never forget this restaurant for the rest of my life. I will take you with me back to Houston, TX. But I’ll be back. Thank you guys 😀

One of my new favorites in the North End - a great place for a date night. Went here on a warm early summer day and got a table in one of the many floor to ceiling windows which let in a nice breeze. The staff are friendly and inviting, and the service was excellent.

The food came quickly and was fresh - an excellent dinner spot! Prosciutto and Mozzarella as an appetizer was a fabulous choice. Chicken Caccatoire and Shrimp Scampi for the main course were delicious and absolutely hit the spot, and all for a reasonable price for 2 people.

Would highly recommend if your looking for a great restaurant off of Hanover Street for a more quiet and relaxing meal away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy main road of the North End.

Husband and I decided to try this corner spot as the ambiance coming out the windows looked so inviting. We both got the seafood specials for the evening and they were phenomenal! Attentive staff sat us down quickly and got our alcoholic drinks out fast. Would visit again.

Lisseth was our server and was absolutely fantastic. She had multiple tables with one of them being a party of 12 and handled it seamlessly. She recommended the lobster ravioli as well as the gnocchi for my significant other and bothe were outstanding. Will be back!

Bacco is one of the best restaurant in the North End. Between quality, ambiance, price, and safety (in regards to covid guidelines) you are guaranteed an enjoyable dining experience.

The food was as just phenomenal as I remembered from my previous visits. I highly recommend ordering The Porcini Ravioli and Potato Gnocchi Al Forno.

Please consider making this your Valentines Day dinner spot (in person or takeout)!

Too many choices in Little Italy but we are glad we landed at Bacco. It feels very European in it's atmosphere, try to get a window seat upstairs, great view!

The staff were top notch throughout the whole night and the manager Mateo knows how to make you feel welcome with open arms (grazie grazie!😁)

The meal was excellent, but that wasn't a worry at all. Simple, fresh ingredients with wonderful flavor in every bite. Very fair prices for the whole experience 👌

Walking through the North End we stopped by this restaurant on a busy Friday night on Labor Day weekend and we were seated in the upstairs balcony right away. WOW! Amazing Italian food. Absolutely the best shrimp scampi I have ever had! Seafood rigatoni special was outstanding. Gnocchi was excellent. So many great restaurants in the North End, but would certainly return to Baccos. 👍🏻👍🏻

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The spicy garlic calamari was light and delicate with a delicious flavor. Both our main courses were perfect, veal parmigiana and sausage arrabiatta. And our server was so accommodating, he took care with the kitchen to prepare my dish with veggies instead of pasta (gluten free). Thank you for an outstanding experience!

Fantastic in every way.

We visited Boston in July and happened upon Bacco one evening. We sat at the Bar and could not have had a a better time. Staff was outstanding and so friendly. The drinks we awesome. I highly recommend having Brian make you a Sazerac. The food was delicious and then some. We will definitely be back next time we are in Boston.
