Folks were helpful and proactive. As soon as I walked in I was directed to pick up. A customer care rep Marie stepped in and got me sorted while Matt from pickup was handling inventory. Matt helped me get to John in electrical to find the correct interconnected smoke and carbon fire alarms. It was the most efficient weekend morning errand I had.

Just want to say I visited Lowe’s in Saugus, asked
For some assistance with no response
For almost 30 minutes.
Losing my patience I asked to speak to a manager, quickly the manager was there to answer my questions and needs. His name is Matt. Very professional and willing to help to rectify my situation

Loved my vanity and linen cabinet Allen and Roth expresso color great quality would recommend any one to buy them. Sink with vanity is very classy.

Nathan was more than patient and compassionate when taking me 5 mins after the store closed knowing the paint guy that was called 3 times and had me waiting for over 17 mins. He could of said the store is now closed but instead came over to help me with a smile. This is what customer service is all about… please thank him again!!!

Frayden in appliances is very helpful. He’s very efficient and helping me choose a new washing machine and Matt and receiving was great in delivering it to my truck.

Went to Lowe's a few times in the past couple of weeks to buy things to fix things in my home. Each the staff was so helpful and came up with great solutions. Also each time I was asked if I needed any help. Also having the mobile Lowe's app is very helpful to locate things in the store. Thank you Lowe's!

My review is in relation to two customer service ladies- Shelia and Danyella.

It's 2023, the world is falling apart, a lot of workers don't want to work, they just want the check. BUT when you have an experience like I did today, you write a review. The absolute least I can do.

You know the customer service experience is stellar when the customer givess up but the representative persists, until the issue is resolved. Not because they had to but because they wanted to. It's a part of who they are.

We always hope for a good interaction, but in present times it's best to lower your expectations as customer service is subpar in most stores.

Give your employees the recognition they deserve and recognize the value they bring to your store. THEY are the ones that can change your 3.5 store star review into 5 stars.

The 26th of February found me in Lowes. The manager, a gentleman by the name of Julio, was the first person to welcome me. Together, we were able to choose a snow thrower with his assistance. It was organized by Julio and Andrew, two of the nicest people I've met on a team. I appreciate your help with everything. Because of these two, I will be returning. They made an extra effort to help. These two deserve a pay increase from Lowes.

On February 26th i went into Lowes. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman named Julio, the manager. He helped us pick out a snow blower. Julio and Andrew set it up and were the kindest team members i have ever encountered anywhere. Thank you so much for everything. I will be back because of these two. They went above and beyond. Lowes needs to give these two a raise.

Great shopping experience thr have free air for tires in the parking lot which is great I can never find a working compressor especially for free

Went in to buy a washer and dryer, gave specific instructions that a stacking unit should be included. Come day of installation I find that a stacking unit was not included in my order. Naturally, I was upset and drove up to the store to resolve the issue. In comes Steven (ASM) and Archie (Dept Supervisor) who not only facilitated a rescheduling of the installation but went out of their way to personally retrieve the parts that were no longer available in nearby stores after they got out of their shift. What could have been an odyssey (and often is for other customers) was resolved within an hour and what's more, within four days the installation was rescheduled. Honestly, excellent service and fantastic employees!

Have never been pleasantly asked if I needed help more in my life. Way better than Home Depot, those orange apron nerds got nothing on my Lowe's Fam.

I got lucky this time. It's always a struggle trying figuring out which one has it (here or HD). Overall I prefer the atmosphere of Lowe's but, it's harder for me to get to this location. I happened to be in the area. HD could take a lesson from Lowe's search engine. I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for on the Lowe's site, whereas I'm forced to sort through multiple pages on HD to find something remotely similar.

Bought a t of tree at Lowe's Home Improvement Store for just under $200. Wow didn't think thos would be possible. Thanks to the great and dedicated service staff they have.

Ruth!!! AMAZING! AN ANGEL!! Going above and beyond to delivery awesome customer service!! I was having trouble with my Lowe’s credit card, as I wanted the no interest special; I’ve been going in multiple times to buy a lot of things to fix my house so they were giving me the 5% option instead of the no interest for months. I explained my situation to Ruth and she spent an hour and a half with me fixing things and calling the credit card company to fix what she wouldn’t over the computer, and the whole time was so sweet and patient, not annoyed at all like how some other representatives can get when things are taking a long time. Ruth needs to be employee of the year and deserves a raise as she really made me appreciate how great Lowe’s is to its customers.
