I have had my best experience buying a car at this dealership. Mike V was understanding of my situation and helped me with comparing different trim levels and vehicles. He was knowledgeable and explained different options. I had an idea what I wanted for a vehicle, and he didn't try to change my mind or force something I wouldn't want.

He made one mention of a used car they had on the lot which I politely declined as I wanted something new. He understood and didn't try to change my mind. Steve and Guy were very helpful when buying a new car for our family. The car I wanted was in transit to the dealer, so we had to wait about a week or so to take delivery. We live on Cape Cod and I am extremely pregnant. All of the paperwork was done online and over the phone. We were able to pick up the vehicle and finalize our purchase with no issues. Leaving a negative review on account of the fact that we brought our vehicle to be serviced while it was under warranty, we were told to bring it back in a week and we were told we had to pay nearly a thousand dollars as the car was no longer under warranty. It just seemed like yhey were trying to get us out of the warranty coverage so they didnt have to pay.

enjoyed working and dealing with the people at Copeland Ford. i have a Chevy dealer right here in my home town but found Copeland to be more responsive and easier to deal with. the salesman Guy Bognanno went above and beyond to help us through the process.

Victoria was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory that’s on the lot. She also is very caring of watching out for you financially and was able to save me money in any way she could. I went for a 2023 Colorado and recommended for me to purchase a 2023 Silverado because it was going to cost me cheaper per month to pay. I took her consideration and got the bigger truck. The dealership was very patient through the process of waiting on my check from the insurance company to purchase the vehicle.

He had arranged to have the required parts preordered for completing the work required by the 2 recall notices. The work was completed in a timely fashion. When I walked in, I told them why I was there. They immediately introduced me to Anthony my sales representative. I told him I was there to trade in my lease for an upgrade. I found the vehicle I wanted, and he was able to meet my needs financially, I was able to drive out in my new vehicle that day.
