Dr Ou is the most wonderful Dr and person. She has been my family provider for 40+ years. She has seen us through many medical events and has always been thorough, competent and so importantly kind, compassionate and caring.

Dr. Ou has been my PCP for approximately 35 years. She is a great listener and it shows in her care. Wouldn't ever want a different PCP. Not only is she a excellent Dr. She is also a wonderful person.

I am a nurse and my husband is a patient of Dr. Ou. I can honestly say she is very thorough, cares about her patients and takes time to make sure they recieve the best care. She is kind, compassionate and direct. Dr. Ou is in my opinion the best at compass medical.

Loved Dr. Ou, but unfortunately Compass closed, she was supposed to go to Atrius Health and I was told by Atrius she is not going to be there. So after >30 years I have to find a new Primary Care.

This is pertaining to compass medical Easton , Dr Ou used to be a great doctor. Recently she has shown less care into her patients.
It’s difficult to seeing her at times. They refer you to nurse practitioners.

One of the nurse assistant there we found out her name later (Enriqueta , “Erica “)can be heard speaking about other patients very loudly . HIPPA is being violated.
