I can only comment on dentist portion. I personally don't like the dentist. However, Dr. Bormann and Katie make my anxiety go way down. Make you feel like family. The receptionist is also good about explaining things. (sorry didn't get her name)

I have been a patient at park Duvall in spencer county for about a year. This staff, NP, Sharon Jamison,Melissa Hines,Denise, Misty,Audrey,The dental staff, Dr. Bormann, Katie. Some of the names I can’t remember. But I can remember how I was treated. Excellent service and staff. They go up and beyond they duties. They treat all the same. I’m African American and I know prejudice first hand. This facility doesn’t represent that. I so grateful for their services and kindness. When people come here you don’t know what type of illnesses they have or what they are going thru. They comfort you with kind words and a positive attitude.I work extremely hard on 2. Jobs. When I get here all the stress of my day as deminished. I just want this to be known Thank you !! I’m truly grateful!!!🙋🏽‍♀🌲🙏🏾

Details will be added as visits follow. CONCERNING HERE-

I do not concede to giving your income unless your applying for loans,,, so unusual to be required to divulge this here. Working on that to find out why and if thus us legal.

We did not encounter a rude nor offensive person in this office. As I continue to both read and write reviews it seems often many people have a bad encounter either due to them being rude themselves OR the business is having an off day. While we maintain that a professional must be as such 24/7 this being so...then perhaps we too should behave as well.
Unless it is just an unacceptable situation, I suggest an open discussion and 2nd chance.
If this doesn't work.... as they say more fish in the sea!

In reference to the Response:
Suggestion to help everyone-😊

For Future reference address these issues in detail before an office visit to avoid confusion or conflicts. from new even current patients 👇
Explain this to Patients more clearly prior to visits, especially older or new to the area individuals, as most people today have grown weary & suspicious concerning their private information. 🤔
Thank you for your response & Have a wonderful day!

Nurse and her assistant were much more informative than the doctor. I was very pleased with overall experience however I believe the medical staff should be more attentive. Pretty good service. No major complaints.

They are ok. Just need to replace the receptionist at the front desk she can be really rude which means she can be replaced.

I’ve had no issues out of this office til now. I loved the staff an the nurses. This new dr they got isn’t for me. Had my health insurance terminated and didn’t know it so I fixed it and She wouldn’t let the staff schedule me in and acted like she didn’t want to see me. Told me to go to the er or get over the counter meds. Was kinda hurt by that so I just changed Drs. I’m not coming in asking for pain medication or anything like that so I didn’t see a problem. The last time I was in there she tried to blame covid for my sickness and it wasn’t even covid. A month later I’m still coughing and wheezing! Don’t have to worry about me calling in for an appointment no more!

Called to schedule my daughter’s birth control shot and was told by Denise in scheduling that they were unsure if she would be able to receive it at the next available appointment as it was ONE day after it was due. After sitting on hold for over 25 minutes I was told that they would keep the appointment with Dr Lisa Glass but call me that morning if she was unable to receive said shot. At 8:11am I received a text notification verifying the appointment, but with a different doctor, Dr Margo Pfetzer. Took my daughter out of school and showed up for the scheduled appointment, at which point the woman behind the desk, Denise, again states that she “doesn’t know if they can give it to her today”. After she confers with someone else she tells me that my daughter needs to take a pregnancy test and return in two weeks. When I ask why two weeks she says, “I don’t know. You can talk to a nurse.” A nurse, whom I didn’t catch her name, comes to discuss and says that it’s state law that the patient has to have two negative pregnancy tests on file to receive the depo shot if it’s late. I confirm that that applies even after literally being less than 24 hours past due. I ask why an appointment was scheduled today for the shot if they in fact couldn’t give it without TWO negative pregnancy tests on file because none of this was communicated. She says, “That’s my fault. I thought that Lisa would give it to her today but Lisa didn’t show up for work today and there’s nothing I can do about that.” To which I reply, “Someone could have called and told me, as they specifically stated yesterday. None of this information was communicated at all.” She then says that they actually need two weeks to order the shot and repeats that they need two negative tests on file, two weeks apart. So again, why was an appointment made if there was never a plan to receive the shot and none of this information was relayed beforehand? None of this makes any sense. So the office believed that a doctor would administer the shot at the appointment, but the doctor didn’t show up. No one called to let me know that the doctor didn’t show up. Then when arriving I’m given three conflicting explanations- the doctor isn’t present, they need two week lead time to order the shot, they need two negative tests on file at two weeks apart. Both the nurse and office staff were rude, talked over and interrupted each time I tried to ask questions. Denise calls to “apologize for the confusion” while yet again speaking over me, interrupting and being generally rude. The people skills at the office are abysmal. Mistakes could be forgiven if perhaps someone stopped to listen to the actual patient/client. Instead the office is rude, unprofessional, and comes across as completely incompetent in not even knowing the correct medical information to provide.

My mother had 2 teeth extracted 2 weeks ago .she has been in pain ever since it took the Dentist 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get these two teeth out . They ended up cutting her gum and putting in stitches . The stitches cam out and you could see bone . My sister called with no call returned and then I called later and asked who I was speaking with . The Lady would not answer I asked a least 5 or more time and she refused to give me her name . Why would anyone want to tell someone your personal information when they refuse to tell you who they are speaking with . My mother has been in so much pain and just wanted to get help . This Lady needs a new job. Very unprofessional. Truly Miss Dr Borman and his assistants and the kindness they showed .

I used to love this place but I just showed up for an appointment and the doors are locked with no way to call anyone. Besides which you can't talk to a live person anymore unless wait 3-4 days for a call back. Guess I'll change providers. I also want to add that the staff is great, their corporate phone system is the worst.

I had a couple of appointments, once I had blood work done I came back I was prescribed some medication. And was told I needed to make another appointment for blood work again.. so I tried to call few weeks later and now they're acting like I've never even been there. Said only thing they have on me was a dentist appointment back in 2019 🤦🏽‍♂
