We moved into a place that the last people had left in awful shape. They came the next day after we called and worked fast, yet did amazing work! They took into consideration of our puppy and kids and gave us a great peace of mind! (Also super amazing pricing!) Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Ethan was the technician, he done a very good job. He was courteous and informative. The price was reasonable, considering grove to the home and the time physically taken to do the job.

Definitely recommend this pest control company! The man who came out to do our service was so polite and did not make the visit awkward or uncomfortable! It was as if we had a friend visiting! He explained everything thoroughly and even with some humor! The packages and pricing are very reasonable and they come out and service in a quick and timely manner! Will definitely be sticking with this company!

The technicians are professional and are just really nice. The schedulers are easy to work with and they make sure you are satisfied. Also, when they find a rogue open applesauce squeeze pouch in your pantry attracting bugs, they don’t make you feel like a total slob or weirdo. 😉

Just had our first treatment so I’m not sure how well it’s working yet, but I must say I am very impressed with the customer service already. From the woman on the phone who scheduled my appointment to the guy who came and treated they were both SUPER helpful and eager to answer all of my questions.

Jessica J was vfriendly and efficient. We enjoyed her company and she was very knowledgeable. I can already see a difference in insect activity outside within just a few hours. Thank you all very much!

Reported an issue with mice and they responded very quickly to fix it. Sealed all the entry points and took preventive measures. Even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was okay .
Excellent Service !

Service so far is good but I’m afraid with all the added work my acct rep is getting passed onto them my service will suffer. Example in fact I called my rep about a large animal in my attic. My rep was unable to help me due to the overload of customers on their list to service. In my honest opinion Orkin in east ky needs to hire more employees before their revenues suffer !

I had a hard time reaching them this time, but we are in the middle of a pandemic. Once I finally did, they took care of us quickly. Great service! Now hoping the bugs and wasps disappear.

They are always in time. Unless something g comes up and then I always receive a call that let's me know if the time has to change. My orkin man is always nice and respectful. I would recommend this company to any one.

I had the worst problem with ants, Orkin sent Jessie out , she did a great job. I have not seen any ants in the house. Thanks Orkin so much. And I must say they really work with your budget. Great service.
