The restaurant was quite busy but the wait was not that long because they were readily taking care of business. Once we were seated our server was at the table in no time. She was very friendly and very efficient. Our drinks for served right away and our orders were taken and when the food came out it was delicious, and well prepared. One thing I noticed was as busy as the restaurant was our server was very attentive and made sure to stop back to our table multiple times to check on us! All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and I would highly recommend this location

It was my family's first time going here and it was fantastic. Our server Peggy was super attentive and very friendly. She answered any question we had and my daughter especially loved her, since it was her first time ever going to a steakhouse. My daughter is already looking forward to going again and told me she wants to go there for her birthday next year.

The food here was great, with large portions and prepared to order no over cooked steak here. Every employee I saw had their hustle on aside from the girl who checked you in. Awsome staff motivated and definitely on the ball planning on a return trip for shure

Went To Texas Roadhouse In Pikeville Kentucky Today, When The Staff Greeted Me They Were Very Pleasant. I was Making An Order To Go, They Seated Me And Gave Me A Coke-A-Cola. And I Ordered A 14-oz, Rib-Eye. And Within 15 Minutes, I Was Giving My Order, The Steak Was Cooked To Perfection. The Staff Was As Amazing As The Food Was. I Can't Wait To Return. Thank-You All Very Much For Making My Meal The Best Part Of My Day...

Yesterday was mine & hubby's 1st time dining at Texas Roadhouse! It was delicious food! The rolls they bring while waiting on your food are exquisite! The ribs are so tender and really do fall right off the bone,and I loved the mushrooms also! We were able to get on the wait list online, so it didn't take long at all. The waitresses were super friendly, fast, and helpful! Will definitely be dining here again! Also, great choice of music!

Our server, Nate was exceptional! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved how he sat with us face to face while we ordered our food. He checked on us constantly while waiting on his other tables as well. Drinks, food and appetizers came out pretty quick. We will be asking for him again the next time. I also want to give kudos to the cooks tonight, our food was amazing. Thank you all!!

They always give great service, and the food is always delicious! The tables and cutlery are always clean, and staff is always super nice. There's nothing else you could ask for!

My son and I visited the restaurant while we were in Pikeville, and it had been a while since we had eaten at Texas Roadhouse
The food was good; and so was the service.
I had the catfish and salad with a baked potato and the side kick ribs. I could never eat all of the 3 pieces of fish, but it was great, as was the rest of the meal.
My son had the bone in ribeye with fries, and he thought his meal was very good.
We left full and satisfied and I would recommend it!

Recently discovered i enjoy their sirloin more than their ribeye or prime rib which is usually my favorite!

The Steak was just what a Backwoods Mechanic needed after Wrenching all day . Took the whole family, each meal was great and so was the service . Most days, everything is top notch.

Texas Roadhouse is one of the best steak houses you can eat from. My wife and I love to go out for dinner here. But it is always a wait!! I highly recommend to get on the waiting list online or on the app so when you get there you don’t have to wait two hours.

We ate at the bar saved a 30 minute wait. The two guys tending the bar was awsome had a great time chatting with them when they had a spare minute.

I eat hear at least 1 or 2 times a month. Food is always delicious, and if you have a problem with something you ordered they are fast to fix the problem.

Had lunch while passing through Pikeville. Our server Seth was phenomenal. Great food and friendly service from the whole team.

We have never had a problem with Texas Roadhouse. The food is always very good and we get service with a smile.

Great service always the best food. I've been to a few and this one has been the best experience out of the few I've eaten at. Great place for a birthday 🎉🎂. Waitress comes out singing for the birthday person. Like I said always a great experience!

This is one of my favorite resteraunts ever. Today we decided to eat here for my birthday dinner and the food as well as the service was phenomenal!! Definitly recommend!!

I am sad to say that this was my worst experience at a Roadhouse Restaurant ever. I am a Roadhouse Lover in my area in Florida. First the waitress was a new employee, her first day on the job. I feel she should have had a trainer. Asked for silverware twice, had to ask for the rolls . When my salad was served, it looked as if it had been run through a grinder. The main course was cold and was very unappetizing. I order that dish often in Florida and was nothing like that. I was visiting my family in Virginia, had fallen and came to Pikeville Emergency room. Called the manager the next morning and her response was you should've said something then. I didn't feel like complaining as I was just coming from the emergency room. The manager offered nothing. I wasn't looking for a reward. I ate there in August and had no complaints.

Loved our meal and our experience! My husband and I agree that Matt is the best waiter ever! Thank you, Matt, for taking such good care of us! ❤
