I sent in my phone with the label they provided and I get the exact amount I was quoted. Literally the best prices that anyone will pay you for your old phone.

Make sure your phone is in the condition described for your quote, clean the phone thoroughly as you would want to receive a used phone from someone, and ship it safe and secured well.

After spending wks going shop to shop including apple store and Best Buy and having been turned away bc I was told my iPhone 12 couldn’t be fixed I decided to try one last place and that was cell-tech express and so glad I did. Had my phone fixed and going in a couple hrs and at a great price. I would recommend anyone making this place their first stop for phone repairs.
