Stopped here with friends after a recent trip to Mammoth Caves and I’m glad we did. It was some of the best BBQ I’ve had.

The brisket was tender, the ribs were flavorful, and every side was homemade to perfection. You can tell they put time and care into everything they serve.

Large portions and a friendly staff. Must stop if you’re in the area.

I want to thank you for a delicious dinner for our family at Christmas. Everything was so good. It helped so much to not have to cook it all from scratch. We will definitely use you again to “feed the masses”. I will highly recommend you to all my friends.
In case my friends are wondering, we had ham, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans slaw, Italian cream cake and chocolate pie to feed twelve. It was very reasonably priced too.

I have had a lot a smoked brisket and chicken. This is definitely in the top 3! Moist and a snappy smoked flavor in every bite. Brisket was not fatty at all. Outside of brisket was amazing bark. We ordered the macaroni and cheese with barbecue pork and pickles to sample it; it was fantasic. I will go back here someday and just order this as my meal and have plenty left over for another meal, this order alone would easily serve two. We bought a pound of brisket and chicken and got 3 meals for 2 out of it.

Dining was outside on a beautiful fall day. Staff at window were very nice. Believe it was the owner who came out to see if everything was satisfactory.

The food was great! We had beef slider and chicken slider and the Turkey plate. They all so delicious. There are a lot meat in the sliders.

I had a fantastic experience at Walden's BBQ! We ordered the 3-meat sampler platter with pulled pork and brisket, accompanied by coleslaw and corn cakes to split between the two of us. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection. The prices were reasonable, and the fact that we could bring our own beer was a plus.

One thing that really impressed us was the screened dining area, which kept pesky bugs at bay, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. The service was top-notch, with quick and friendly staff who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The great tunes playing in the background added to the overall ambiance.

We were so satisfied with the main course that we didn't even have room for dessert, but they have ice cream too! If you're a BBQ lover, I highly recommend giving Walden's a try. It's a great spot for delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service.

Fantastic pulled pork and brisket, and great sides. We stopped here on a hunt for barbecue after spending the day in Mammoth, and we weren't disappointed! Prices are great, too. There's a small space to eat outside, but you can also pick up at a drive-thru window.

Great BBQ and awesome sides. Amazing quality and quantity at a great price. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I hope to be back!

Definitely get the pulled pork and the shoulder. You will NOT regret it.

I got the philly with fries, my gf got the burger. Both were great, then we remembered we came for the BBQ so we got a pound of pulled pork to take home. It was awesome as well. I don't like that they serve the meat dry and have the sauce on the side, I like the sauce cooked in but that's a regional difference.

Wow!!! This place is AWESOME!!! The smoked turkey is the best I've ever had, and the chicken is delicious. The employees are the best. I would 1000% recommend stopping for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed.

Got to try the wings tonight and wife and I loved them! So flavorful with that hint of smoke! We will be getting more of these for sure!

Food is great and so is the service! I especially love the turkey and the mashed potatoes with gravy! Good old fashioned corncakes too! Highly recommend!

I’m honestly speechless as to how delectable the food was. The food portions were HUGE for an amazing price compared to what I’m used to. Hands down the best authentic food I’ve tasted. Must go hidden gem. My mouth literally waters just thinking about it as I’m writing this!

Very good food! From the smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes... all AMAZING! Outdoor seating only, but it is covered to provide some shade!

They have the best food ever. The brisket and Turkey is to die for along with the sides. You guys have the best Mac and cheese. I could go on and on with everything. Also, they have the best Italian cake! I had surgery today and my family brought me their food which has made me super happy. I give this place 10000000+/10

This is one of the better BBQs we’ve visited. Family run and tons of yum. Don’t miss out on their apple sauce for the brisket!

Great tasting BBQ. The pulled pork would melt in your mouth, moist turkey breast I'd ever eaten, and the brisket was very tender. It was not overly smoked. They only have outdoor dining and drive through. They have an apple BBQ sauce that was tasty as well.

My wife and I stopped on our way to Mammoth Cave. We got the BBQ Mac and it was delicious! Super sweet mom and son shop. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area. Definitely recommend!!
