Acapulco Mexican Grill #2

Met up with family while in town to enjoy some good food and they delivered. Always taken care of, but not overbearing. Food was delicious, fresh, and hot. Service was right on que. First time there... great first impression.

This is our go-to restaurant for Mexican cuisine in Columbia, KY. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice. The food is always great. We generally go with the fajita steak and chicken or the trio, which comes with shrimp. It is accompanied by rice, beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. 3 corn or flour tortillas come with it as well. They have many appetizers to choose from and several desserts for afterward. The menu gives many options to choose from and many combinations to explore. It's a great restaurant. The prices are very reasonable, $10-$15. For a couple, you would look at spending $30-$40, which includes appetizers, your meals, a drink, and a dessert.

Wonderful flavors and wide variety of good choices. Food was hot and fresh and excellent flavors! Bringing my dad back soon because he’s a vegetarian and I am so happy with all the options. The staff extremely friendly and continuously sanitizing her hands during the time I was there.

Really good authentic Mexican food and very friendly staff. One of the best carne asada plates I've had. Very tasty!!

This place was a fantastic find. The service was out of this world and the food was divine. And the price was great for such a experience!

I recently went to this restaurant for the first time while visiting some family. I have to say first off that the nachos that I ordered were top notch and the service was excellent.

Our food arrived promptly and the server kept our drinks refilled. The prices were also very much in line with what I was used to. That is the reason I am giving them 5 stars.

If I had to give one small criticism, it would be that as a person in a wheelchair the restaurant was extremely tight and maneuvering to the back of the store to find a table was very difficult. Also, the friend that I was with informed me that getting to the restroom would have been impossible for me. I am however willing to slightly overlook that as I lived in that town my entire childhood and know for a fact that those buildings have been there as long as I can remember.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back again.

Food was yummy! Staff where very nice and the restaurant was very clean and fresh.

This is mine and my wife's favorite restaurant in town. We frequent it multiple times a month. The food is great and the service is outstanding. For a great Mexican meal in Columbia,KY, this is the place to go . I recommend the Beef Chimichangas and the Fajita Trio. Make sure to try a Mexican soda while you're there. For those of you that remember a Mexican restaurant called Chi Chi's, my all time favorite, Acapulco Mexican Grill #2 ranks right up there with Chi Chi's in food and service. The prices are very reasonable as well. The variety of dishes they offer on the menu provides something for everyone. Enjoy your visit outside on the patio, which is located on town square. They also have a water fountain you and your children can toss a coin in to make a wish invite center of the patio.

Delicious food, good service, friendly and enjoyable staff. Kept drinks full for 5 adults and 3 kids. Our server fella was amazing!!

This is a very nice little place.

I can honestly say this place has the best food I've ever had.

They also give you your money's worth, I'm a big guy and have a hard time finishing my plate.

I’m so thankful or this sweet restaurant. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety of options. If your looking for somewhere for a fun date-night dinner or to hang out with your loved ones, I highly recommend Acapulco! I have encountered great service by the restaurant staff and because of this, the atmosphere has always been warm and friendly. There is also an option of indoor and outdoor dining. My personal favorite aspect is that they play Spanish worship music in the background!

Delicious,one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. And its a small business,they have like 2 locations so it isn't just a huge chain restaurant place. But don't get it mixed up with El Acapulco, that is a different restaurant.

Just ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was amazing. I called in an order for 7 people, not only was our order cost efficient but accurate as well. They went above and beyond to write our names on each dish and make the orders the correct way. Nothing was missing or incorrect. I am so impressed!! Very satisfied.. great job yall!
