Szmanda Dental Center – Wittenberg

Jamie R. Was great she made me feel at ease and explained everything she was doing and made it a pleasant experience. And Dr. Charging was excellent explained everything and answered all my questions. For someone who’s a scary cat I definitely would recommend Szmanda Dental. From the Receptionist and staff they are very Patient orientated.

Needed to change my dental place to different insurance plan. I had gone to my last place for 40 years. I am so glad I could switch to Szmanda!!!! Since the first time I walked in everyone made me feel welcome and right at home!!! It's like they have known me for 40 years!! Very professional, helpful with insurance, and answering all questions. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been wonderful!!!

My visit was very good as always. Everyone is very nice and is very good at what they do.

Dr. Charging and all the hygienists are always so kind and do their best to make sure that you’re comfortable and put you at ease. Great communication from the Dr. to the receptionist. Always let me know all the options with any plans for my teeth, including prices. Great family dentist. I’m very happy with them!

Since Kristi left as receptionist the level of compassion has diminished considerably.
I practically had to beg to get the receptionist to look for an opening so I could schedule my upcoming surgery.

Again, it’s just not as friendly a place since Kristi left.

My issues were resolved rapidly. Ariel helped me resolve the issue when she returned to the office. My surgery is a go now and I’m glad I didn’t have to find another dentist!

Had my 1st appointment here and could not be happier! Each and every associate that works here is very professional and very friendly. Glad I made the switch from "the other place" Jamie, who cleaned my teeth is super nice and has a great attitude and laugh too.....Can't wait until my next 6 month appointment.

I have always been treated well at Szmanda. No judgmental attitude from anyone. Jamie Resch is top notch! Ariel the receptionist is very friendly, and upbeat. Cassie is excellent too. I love going to the dentist, because of the stress free atmosphere here. I would tell anyone who has a fear of dental offices, this is so different!

I have been going to Szmanda's for many years now and I always have a relaxing, stress-free experience. The receptionists are cheery and helpful, the hygienists are gentle and keep the patient informed of the procedures they are carrying out. The dentists throughout the years have always been cordial and even though do not spend as much time with the patient as the hygienist does, still tries to get to know a patient and provide the best care he or she can. I love the new dentist. She is full of spunk!

Thanks to the wonderful teamwork at your office, my crown (which was sent to the wrong office) was located and a person went above and beyond to pick it up so I could have it put in prior to being out of the country next week. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. I would like to send a warm Thank You to the staff member that went out of their way for me on Wednesday. You definitely know what Customer Service truly is. I will make sure that everyone I know hears about the service I was given. Thank you all so much!!

Love this dentist everyone is always so nice and helpful. My kids don’t mind going to the dentist because of Dr Charging (may have spelled that wrong). She is an amazing dentist with a wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!!

I was at Szmanda Wittenberg for my permanent crown. I was so impressed with the time Heather and Dr. Charging gave to making sure my crown was perfectly fit. They were so patient! We joked throughout and it made the experience so much more enjoyable. I appreciate the patient care and humor- along with all the safety measures taken during this time of COVID.

I felt very comfortable during my cleaning. The hygienist took care in explaining everything she had done. The staff was very welcoming.

I was very nervous considering I was coming in for a pre-surgery exam and discovered that I needed 3 teeth pulled. I got in the waiting list, called later that day, and had them pulled the next day. I was completely impressed because I never felt the numbing shots and very little pain during extractions. I will go back. Finally found someone I'm comfortable with
