Residing 20+ miles north of Green Bay, we decided to visit Suess on the recommendation of multiple friends.
Our sales person Rick took the time to explain the unique features offered by several manufacturers. He assured us that on delivery day, everything needed to install our new TV, move our existing TV and attach the sound bar would be on the truck. Delivery was scheduled within a few days. The delivery team Chris & Max were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. As promised they had everything needed on the truck, problem solved installation of the sound bar and made sure we knew how to use our new purchase.
We are very happy with our Seuss experience and will recommend them to friends. We will be back when we need to purchase electronics in the future!

Went to Suess to help my sister buy a TV. Worked with Bill Demke. Bill did a great job helping my sister pick out the correct type of TV for her. Bill recommended two of Suess’s great setup techs to bring the TV out and set it up. The guys did a great job. Shortly after that we decided to buy a TV. It was a no brainer for me to go to Suess and work with Bill. Bought the TV Bill recommended and we are very happy with the TV. Bill also was able to get us the same two techs to bring the TV out and set it up. Bill is easy to work with since he doesn’t do any pressure sales tactics.

My dad purchased a new TV and stand from Suess; he had them install it. He was so pleased with them I went to Suess too.

I wanted to purchase a higher-end stereo system for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger, and then I went to Suess Electronics. There, I met a Sales Associate by the name of Bill Demke. Bill assessed my audio needs, answered all of my questions, assisted me with product selection (he even contacted the manufacturer of the brand that I wanted to buy in order to obtain additional information that I needed so that we could make the most appropriate product selection), and arranged for in-home set-up. And Bill/Suess Electronics did all of this for a very competitive price. If you're looking for something more than the same-ole same-ole of a big box store, go to Suess Electronics and ask for Bill.

Needed a projection screen cleaned and other filter replacement tasks. Suess was quick to respond and did the job expeditiously. Have used them to replace a tv/ceiling mount protector and definitely recommend them.

Bill Demke is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting me in my purchases. A key factor for me in choosing Suess is their service and repair capability. Big box stores can not compete with Suess level of service.

Adam and his team did an excellent job installing our system and have been a huge help with any issues that have come up. Would definitely recommend Suess for your home security and entertainment needs!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can call with a question, and get a helpful answer. The repair and servicce shop is top notch. A great place to do business.

Installation technicians Hank and Rob did a GREAT job installing our Sony 65" xBR set. Their collective installation skill set coupled with their tech knowledge and friendly demeanor were key In understanding and operating our new Sony. Professional, polite and respectful of our home was the "icing's on the cake " that completed our experience with Suess Electronics. We highly recommend this exceptional audiovisual provider over any other Wisconsin provider. We will be back!

When needing to update a TV, as well as replace an old router, I went to Suess Electronics. Rick was not only very knowledgeable, he asked me questions about where the tv would be placed, what setup I had, were there any problems I was trying to address, etc. By taking the time to define my needs Rick was able to help me narrow down what otherwise would have been an overwhelming choice.
Hank and Mike delivered and installed the TV and router. They set up the router in a better location to improve my wireless reception, installed some other components I owned that were not hooked up, programmed the universal remotes and organized/streamlined a mess of cables and power cords. They both displayed patience and professionalism in answering all my questions and explaining how everything worked. This was exactly what I needed and I appreciate the service from everyone I worked with at Suess. I will definitely return for any future needs!

I was due to upgrade my TV - I saw an ad by Suess so i gave them a call to check it out. Jason put everything together - worked off a diagram i provided, listened to my needs, made some great recommendations, send me the quote, cross reference pricing to make sure pricing was good, and two weeks later i have this unbelieved TV system.
Jason was patient, resourceful, and made sure I was comfortable - everything he recommended was spot on. My job was a little tricky because of a fire place in middle of room and Jason had to get some super bracket to get the TV in best position.

Want to put a shout to Jake my installer, he has been with company for 8 years, super knowledgeable, organized and polite.
It took 6 hours to do the install, of the 6 hours he spend a good hour explaining and answering question.

My TV system is solid, easy to use.

We were in the market for new speakers. We stopped at Suess to check out their B&W line. Bill Demke met us at the door and couldn't have been more helpful! He even moved speakers and equipment from room to room so we could compare everything they had to offer. Hank hooked everything up and we couldn't be more of pleased. Highly recommended!

Our new mini-theater setup just blows me away. We were building a new home and our builder highly recommended Suess over all others. I was hesitant because I'd never been there before. I've always been comfortable doing my own installation, but I went to Suess because I thought this one might be over my head. Lol, it definitely was/is.

I worked directly with George, who was just a fantastic guy and you could tell he loves demonstrating the products. It's what I needed. I'm a hands-on person, so him taking time to walk me through the products sold me, before I even bought anything. Eventually, I asked him to provide me 3 quotes: Good, Better, and Best. George was very transparent of the differences among them and answered all questions timely.

The result? We absolutely love our system. And we have one remote that controls the whole thing (even the lights), so my wife will be happy once I teach her the remote. My two teenage boys figured it out in no time and even at 60% volume, the walls are shaking upstairs. That's not a bad thing for an action movie; it's awesome.

Just purchased a Samsung TV from Suess. Salesman was good and, I elected to have them install. Simple, no streaming, or anything exotic, and their installer Rob was exceptional. Efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Who in their right mind would go a box store for something like this ??? I sure never will after dealing with Suess !!

They make shopping for and buying a TV a pleasant experience. First, a salesperson will wait on you even if you are a white-haired female! And Rick has always given me the information I needed to make a correct decision for my needs-even if its not a massive sound system or TV that I am shopping for. And the installers were very sensitive to what I wanted/needed for my home-as well as connecting the different pieces of equipment and then patiently explaining any new operation procedures.

I am adding another review because I moved and was considering another TV. And I realized, again, that I didn't really want to spend hours comparing prices and attributes of many brands of TVs when I could explain to Rick my currents needs and issues and he could match a TV to those needs. Tyler's installation also a prompt and positive experience.

Again-another "learning" about Rick and Suess. I have already commented on buying TVs from them-but will expand it to the fact I should probably have checked with them for other parts of my TV sound system. And again Rick was so very helpful for a difficulty I was having with the TV's sound-and my hearing!

Just want to add to my review-Rick has gone "above and beyond" his help with the issues I think I am having with sound on my TV-NO WAY can you get that help elsewhere!

I've been going to Suess for probably 15 years now and always work with Adam Metcalf. The depth of knowledge from the the whole team blows me away. The showroom is beautiful. Excellent customer service.
They even have an in-store service department.

Thrilled with the service we were given. Had an antenna installed to save on the cost of streaming services. We get 32 channels for a very reasonable installed price. Our tech was quick and friendly! Would recommend if you want to save money in the long haul.

I couple of weeks ago working with Bill Demke I purchased a great pair of Bower & Wilkens 706-S2 Bookshelf speakers. I wanted speakers that would reproduce realistic music like I experienced at live concerts of my favorite artists. They are just what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. I enjoy listening to them as often as I can.

Bill helped me find the right pair of speakers for me. With his experience and knowledge he answered all the questions I needed answers to. And I asked a lot of questions. He listened to me. He gave me great advice and a better understanding of audio components that I couldn’t find on my own. He understood what I wanted. He guided me to my selection of the speakers that were right for me.

Bill wanted to help me find a pair of speakers that I would be happy with. He did that.

Because of a bad experience in the past at Suess, I was hesitant to come back again. If it wasn’t for the help Bill gave me, I am not sure I would have made my purchase at Suess. My great experience working with Bill has changed my mind about Suess and I did go back a week later and buy a DENON HEOS LINK that Bill suggested to allow me to stream music through my current receiver. I am happy with that component. It allows me to listen to streaming music through those great pair of speakers.

After telling a friend about my purchase at Suess. He asked who I worked with. When I told him it was Bill. He commented that he also had a good experience with Bill in the past. And that he was impressed with Bills knowledge of Audio equipment.

I highly recommend Suess and Bill to help you find what you need when shopping for audio equipment. I look forward to going back again for any Audio needs.

Bill Demke did a wonderful job of guiding me through all of the features of our new Sony Bravia television, and he helped us select a new receiver for our home audio system. The 65" TV would not fit in our SUV and it was right before closing on a Friday night. The manager, Rick, made sure we got it delivered the next day, Saturday. I feel like the service went above and beyond. I recommend Suess for their outstanding brands, prices, and service.
