I have contracted Great Lakes Roofing to replace 3 sections of roof on my business. From day 1, they were able to give me more information and were a lot more responsive then other companies. They also quickly responded to some maintenance issues in another section, making their company very east to deal with and trust!

Tomas saved my roof. This roof had been installed by another contractor and had apparently been leaking to some degree since installation. After looking at the roof, Tomas explained what he would need to do in simple terms. He tore off the affected area, replaced roof boards that had rotted, and pieced the roof back together, both layers, in such a way that it didn't look like it had been disturbed. When he finished, there was no debris that I could find. He documented everything he did in great detail with photos. It's been almost three months since the repairs were made. To date, with everything that mother nature has been able to throw at it, there have been no leaks.

As the parish and building manager for St. Matthew Parish in Green Bay, I had the opportunity to meet with Greg Rosen from Great Lakes Roofing a few years ago for a gymnasium roofing project. His professionalism, and willingness to answer questions and educate us about our project were just top notch. Early this winter, I got a call from their office just to check in with us and see if there were any new roofing needs at our parish campus and just casually, as I asked if they serviced commercial flat roofs. I had the opportunity to work with Greg again and couldn't be more pleased. He offered to come out and talk with me, take a look at our flat roof systems and we addressed some areas of concern and had a plan in place and quote ready in a short amount of time. Because we were experiencing a small leak, GLR worked with us to have those repairs completed quickly and have since completed a thorough inspection and repair work for other areas of concern; they will start a complete flat roof take off and rebuild shortly.

Great Lakes Roofing did a great promptly responding to my roof leaks. They sent a technician within a few days to assess the current situation as well as a visual inspections of the entire roof. All problem areas were clearly explained as well as repair options. I received a quote for the repairs shortly after the visit and once approved, a crew was on its way to work on the roof. The crew showed up on time, was polite and professional, reviewed the repairs with me before they left, and left the site cleaner than they found it.

The roof of my business was leaking after all the rain we got this year. Great Lakes Roofing did a great job of getting out there and repairing the damage fast. I used Great Lakes to complete several repairs on my steel roof building to fix leaks. They found that my roof had rusted thru the metal and allowed rain water to come into my building. They were prompt and did the work as promised. We have had several significant storms since those repairs were finished and there are no signs of further leaks. A few months back, we received a call from the Account Manager, Karlie, at Great Lakes Roofing providing us with information on their roofing services followed up with an e-mail that explained their services in a little more detail. I told her I would keep their information on hand since we had several older buildings that would most likely need roof repair in the near future. Soon after, our insurance company indicated that some much needed roof repair on one of our buildings was needed in order for them to continue insuring this building with us. We then decided to reach out to Karlie and asked if we could get a roof repair estimate for this building. Not only did we receive an estimate in a short period of time, but it was for a fair price. We decided to go ahead with the work which was then done in a very timely manner. Not more than a week passed when another one of our buildings had a roof leak that needed emergency attention so I reached out to Karlie again. Once again, their team was right on top of things and was able to make the repair the same day. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Roofing to anyone looking for roofing work.
