Classic. If you want a Supper Club then look no further. It is a bit like a step back in time but updated just enough to ensure great quality. The prime rib was bloody, the old fashioned strong, and the sides tasty. Don't miss out on the dessert. Service is spectacular and prompt. And the atmosphere is all Midwest.... and that is a good thing. It is what makes this place such a treasure.

This place never fails! 3rd visit here and just as good as the 1st. Made a reservation and got sat down right away. Order spinach and artichoke dip; It's a lot better spread on the bread vs. chips, still probably one of the best I've had! Old fashion sweet was decent. It could have been a little sweeter but still good! The 8oz tenderloin and Door county cherry haddock fillet were so good! Steak was cooked medium rare just like I asked, filled with flavor! Fillet was amazing as well! Service was very attentive. This place never disappoints! For what you get, the prices are spot on as well!

I'd recommend calling for reservations a day in advance. We had reservations and was seated 5 minutes before our quoted time. The dining area is very large & spacious. The service was outstanding - those ladies were really on the ball! Everyone really enjoyed their meal! And they even do a complimentary dessert for birthdays! Yum yum yum! We'll be back!

Very tasty offerings at this Wisconsin supper club. We went for a family dinner and no one was disappointed with their choices. The seating and service wasn’t perfect but still acceptable. Would definitely eat there again.

I truly had given up on going out for dinner. It had become a total disappointment.

The food was amazing. The service was fast and awesome. I ordered the catfish dinner. The catfish was breaded perfectly. The portions were more than enough. Catfish fried to perfection.

I enjoyed the Haddock 3 ways. Really a nice bar/restaurant. We've come a couple of times while visiting family in the area and have enjoyed our meals every single time.

The Oscar style haddock is delicious if you're looking for a recommendation.

Service was perfect. Atmosphere was a typical Wisconsin family bar and restaurant. Nice place. We will be back.

Everytime we come here, our all around experience is phenomenal! Greeted and seated in a timely manner by a friendly and smiley face! Their French onion soup is probably the best I have ever had! Bread and honey butter are too good to resist! One of my favorite meals here is the stuffed Tenderloin with scallops! Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes so good! Our waitress Jenny was very helpful when helping us choose what meal to get, was very attentive, and really helped make our experience a great one!

Valentines night was excellent! Even though we had to wait for a table my boyfriend and I waited at the bar and had the most wonderful time and drinks. It was called Winter Chill. Shortly after our drinks we got a table. I had prime rib that was nice and juicy. My boyfriend had the bbq ribs. So delicious! The staff was nice and professional, yet friendly.

Love Love Love The Red Ox. It is our favorite Supper Club!!! The food is amazing. The ribs are to die for. They are fall off the bone tender and melt in your mouth, and the scallops OMG they are soooo good. The butter is good enough to drink. Speaking of drinks they do a great Old Fashion. Which is a must in a Wisconsin supper club.
They have a very wide selection on their menu so your entire party can find what they are in the mood for. The trio Haddock is a great option to try if you cannot decide on 1. Oh don't forget to save room for dessert! They have many options to satisfy your sweet tooth. The peanut butter pie is amazing!

Decided to finally try red ox. Heard nothing but good things locally... Boy did they not disappoint!
My wife got the garlic stuffrf filet mignon.
I got a garlic stuffrf tenderloin and bloody.
Always gotta try the bloody every supper club or steak house I go to.

The steaks were cooked perfectly, the garlic stuff was not over powering, in fact it complimented the steak perfectly.
The potatoes were also phenomenal.
Salad seemed like a bit of an after thought but was still fresh.

The bloody was unlike most in the area. Had a bit of a bite to it, but not spicy. Love the pickle stuffed olives.

We will definitely be back!

This was my first time at the restaurant and it was amazing. The meal was delicious, the free bread is a plus, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back here. I recommend the tenderloin/scallop meal. It's always well worth it to upgrade your salad to their infamous French onion soup!

This place was everything you could ever want out of a Wisconsin supper club. With a nice bar area and different seating options for different vibes, all found near the heart of town in the Fox Valley, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. And the food here was absolutely fabulous, we highly recommend the fried pickles and the haddock. Much of the menu is a little pricey, but the quality is so worth the price. We will definitely be coming back here for great food.

High key restaurant with amazing food and great customer service. The ribs were literally fall off the bone and the mashed potatoes was excellent! They have specials to save you a few bucks! Also the crab legs (not pictured) were good but not as tasty without a dipping sauce. I wasn’t a huge fan of the salad but most entrees come with one or a soup.There are so many items to choose from! Love the cozy vibe, I definitely will recommend!

Great food. You can find something for everyone, chicken, seafood, king crab, steak, but that comes at a price. Great for a night out with friends or a special event. Service was great. They make you feel like a million bucks.

This is by far the best place to go for fish and steaks. I have never had a bad meal here. The drinks are awesome, the service is fantastic and there’s a great atmosphere.

Both my wife's and my meal were outstanding. Service was great as our waitress had a great sense of humor.
Wait time was excellent. Look out for the desert plate as it is tempting as hell. Great choice for our anniversary dinner.

The Red Ox has an old-school supper club vibe inside. It was even dark inside during the day, but the ambiance was conducive to conversation. The New York strip was sizable and perfectly medium rare. The cajun smothered tenderloin with shrimp was delectable. The onion ring appetizer portion was enormous, but the breading kept falling off. We enjoyed the salads and fresh baked bread as well. The place is a nice mid day option for flavorful steak.

We ordered pick up and the food was packed perfectly. The portions are huge! Everything was absolutely delicious! My husband actually said these mashed potatoes are delicious and I've never said that about mashed potatoes. Steak, fish, alfredo everything was wonderful! We will be back and are looking forward to trying more of their menu!

Wow this place is a hidden gem in Appleton. I ordered the Prime Rib and twice baked potato and a salad everything was better than expected. My better half ordered the ribeye steak and it was the best one she's ever tasted. Our waitress Nicci was definitely on her A game everything delivered delicious and hot and well timed glasses always full .When I come back to Appleton I have no doubt where I am going. The drinks were amazing as well .
