Black-Haak Heating Services

I had a great experience with this company. I recently had them out to my house to do some plumbing work; it's an old house, built in 1924, and a majority of the plumbing is original. At first, they were concerned about their ability to work with the plumbing that I have, but my technician, Skyler, communicated with his team, and they figured out a way to make it work and keep the cost within my budget. They can definitely count on my business in the future.

Scheduling an appointment w Black Haak was quick and easy once I contacted them (by phone). I believe I spoke w Amanda(?).
Megan checked over my furnace and replaced my thermostat. She was very professional and helpful!

All their service people are friendly and explain exactly what they are going to do so you are aware. They are responsive, on time and do an excellent job. A rare find in this day and age! Is it possible to be overly impressed??
With my recent... "experience" with Bob's I didn't have high hopes. But now I expect Black Haak quality from everyone and everything. Definitely my go to for all properties now.
