Aramark Uniform Services

Aramark provides outstanding service to us at the Orthopedic & Sports Surgery Center. The delivery drivers are friendly and are quick to act on any issues that arise. The drivers will go out of their way to get us what we need, which sometimes means making an extra trip here. The drivers are also excellent at communication, letting us know about substitute drivers due to vacation, or any upcoming changes.

Quality service with great pricing.

I worked at Aramark and in that time I personally witnessed abuse of power by supervisors and employees. They by Federal definition have a hostile work environment that is by Federal definition illegal but they don't care as no one has reported them yet.. I witnessed abuse because of race and ethnic background as well as harass and bully others as well as many other things. It's only a matter of time that someone presses charges. If you say something the harassment gets worse.

I can't even start to explain how dissatisfied I am with the service provided by this company. To name a few things: getting charged for uniforms that never were cleaned and brought back for technicians, charged for rugs that had not been brought back, given more rags than I could use in a year were just piled on top of themselves after asking them to cut the count down numerous times. I have made numerous attempts to help clear this help with zero effort on Aramarks end. This company needs to seriously step back and evaluate how they treat their customers.....

I've been at work for about 3 months now and in that time I've gone without uniforms for 2 of those weeks!!! Is Kamala Harris working there? Are they forgetting to charge for those weeks? Please explain?!??
