Unfortunately, the only option was to give one star which is not deserved. This grinning, high water pants wearing poor example of an attorney is the perfect example of what is wrong with America today. If the law was fair, Kachinsky would be put on trial, tried and convicted for his actions regarding the Brendan Dassey case. The sad thing that in the case, the people have been given insight into Kachinskys lack of morals but how often does it happen and we know nothing about it. I cried when I watched "Making a Murder" and I have lost sleep over what I saw. How could our justice system get it so wrong. I truly believe that those folks who can't afford an attorney and must accept a public defender lose before they ever go to trail. Most accept a plea deal at the defenders urging. These very people, the poor and unheard population are the very ones who elected Donald Trump as our president because the believed his lies and felt they offered them hope. Our country is in very deep trouble and this is just another example of how we got to where we are. Brendan's conviction should be overturned, he is innocent and you can hear it in his young, confused voice on the tapes. He is older now and much of that innocence has probably been lost at the hands of this man, Ken Kachinsky "Evil Incarnate".

He wasn't disbarred? How does that happen? ...I think some day I'm going to visit his law firm, snap some images, like a trip to the Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast Museum. Lol, I can't believe he's in the army. My 9 year old daughter could kick his ace. No wonder the world doesn't respect our armed forces. So he effectively broke two oaths when he violated the constitution. What's next, treason?

I also have watched the Netflix show and have never seen such a poor excuse for a lawyer ever . Any attorney that would all his investigator to do what he fine should fire himself. Much less allow his 16 year old client be interviewed by law enforcement is and should be prosecuted and disbarred. Get into another profession, maybe fast food all though I am not sure if could accurately know when a burger was done. My thoughts and opinion. Just quit. Was in with law enforcement.

Len, after watching making a murder. I am so disgusted by you. The smile and smirk on your face when you know that you have set up Dassey to lose and go to jail for something he didn't do sicken me. He's a innocent boy who have a mild mental disability and you took advantage of it. You are a disgrace to all public defender and attorney. Len Kachinsky is a real life Saul Goodman, except worse. He really, really, really likes attention, especially being on the news. He says the craziest things sometimes too!!! His best friend is a news reporter with a cameraman in tow running right towards him.

I have read extensively about this trial, court transcripts, missing person police reports and the Federal Court decision by Judge Duffin.

I can not understand how he has not been disbarred, let alone appointed as a Municipal Court Judge. How did he ever slither away from the Character and Fitness requirements that regulate attornies?

Len k. Is part of the plot to get avery from the beginning, u can see he's an appointed lackey. He pushes for a plea when he should of been pushing for a innocence determination. He was put up to it by avery's prosicuting attourney. Because a plea is an admission of guilt ,meaning avery is also guilty.if dassey was found innocent all the big evidence they got from his confession would be thrown out. Kachinsky is absolutely the worst lawyer around. Incompetent, moronic, imbecile. Hopefully he loses his license and / or gets sued his egregiously wrong treatment of Brendan Dassey. This idiot makes rocks look competent.

Do not get this guy! He is horrible. Tells you to plead guilty before he even hears what you have to say. Works more for the opposite side then for you. If I could give less then 1 star, he would be getting it. Just plain horrible!! I know from first hand experience.

Would not recommend using Len unless you'd like your freedom to be compromised. Highly hope this man is personally monetarily liable in any civil suit brought forth by any former clients that have been misrepresented by this "lawyer"

Brendan Dassey's conviction was overturned yesterday and you would think that a lawyer that was suppose to defend Dassey would be happy with that decision.Not good old Len Kachinsky.In a phone interview with Fox 11 Kachinsky implies that the judge was wrong to overturn the conviction.The judge also criticizes Kachinsky and the terrible defense he put on for Dassey.At the end of the day Len Kachinsky is a worthless piece of chit and hopefully someday somehow he will be held accountable for his actions.

If you hire this guy you should seek a mental health evaluation before committing to your choice. Len is quite an embarrassment to any form of humanity.
