Big city prices for a small town auto parts store! The employees are always there, ready when you walk in the door to ask you what you need. And not just any employees. They actually know their mechanics and can actually help you out.

Stopped in the store with my son, it's tradition for him to pick out a toy car. Great service. Randy (an employee) actually paid for the toy car! Thanks guys for keeping that friendly neighborhood demeanor!

Update: Stopped in for a battery, Randy quickly helped me out with that! I purchased a battery for myself and another toy car for my son. I was billed for said battery, however Randy told me the toy is paid for. My son was so grateful and absolutely loves his new 1970 cobra jet! Thanks again Randy for being an Awesome person and giving back!

I've never had a bad experience with this O'Reilly's. They always seem busy, the guys always seem stressed, but always friendly and helpful.

My husband broke down near the store when riding his motorcycle on the way to Harrisburg. Come to find out the battery was dead and the store didn't have the right one. But a store about 40 miles away showed one in stock and one of the employees took his vehicle to get it. That store was about 40 miles away and it took about 1 1/2 hours for him to come back. But the battery fit and my husband was on his way. Now this is customer service and they didn't even want to be reimbursed for their expense. I will also write to O'Reilly headquarters as things like this should be know. Thanks again for your help and getting my husband back on the road.

I have been really impressed with the service here. Everyone is really helpful and efficient. Stopped in for a tail light one night and within ten minutes, I was on my way with a working one. Thanks Jeremy!
