Steel Moose Bar & Grill

Had dinner with my husband tonight. We both had the stuffed pork chops, twice baked potato, and soup/salad bar. It was phenomenal. Everything on the salad bar was super fresh & crisp - with all the best salad options. And the stuffed pork chop... dare I say more?! Super filling and delicious.
Also couldn't beat the service. Owner was the best bartender/server I've seen in the area, in a very long time! She was jam packed busy and just rocked it. Completely enjoyed our evening. 10/10 recommended!

My husband and I went there for our first time last night and it won’t be our last. I got the tenderloin and it was cooked to perfection. Very good quality steaks and great house seasoning. He had the fish platter and said it’s one of the best ones he has had in Wisconsin. Had a fresh salad bar too with lots of choices. There was no wait for a table and the staff were all very kind and courteous. We look forward to going back again in the future!

We had fun Mac n Cheese dishes, they were really good! Kitchen was a little slow, but the waitress kept checking on us so it wasn't too bad. All in all good food, good value, good time !!

Enjoyed a really fine crab legs dinner with our friends. Some had the snow some had the king. Everything was excellent, and the service was very good. Kudos to the salad bar , especially the seafood chowder. A+ for the area, which is otherwise a culinary challenge.

The Moose Burger was cooked to Perfection. Medium rare smothered with nacho cheese on a pretzel bun, absolutely delicious! I also had a bowl of their Magnificent Seafood Mac and Cheese. It was just bursting with flavor. I definitely recommend and will return.

First time here, was hungry, left very full. Cheese curds are best I've ever had! My wife and I split the dubs burger and the moose melt. I couldn't decide which was better.

My husband Guy gathered my siblings and their spouses that live in the area, along with my eldest son and his family, and my sister in law for a surprise 70th Birthday gathering for me. Such a perfect dinner...thank you to the staff for a great experience, the food and service were great and thank you to my family for taking time out of their busy schedules for making this day special.

I go here regularly. Their sunday chicken dinner is delicious. Their burgers are great. Their soup selection is plentiful usually 4+ different kinds. The Friday fish fry is great with plenty of food. Saturday’s steaks and prime rib are also tasty. Once a month they have all you can eat crab which is also great. I Highly recommend stopping to check them out. Always friendly service and good food.

We stopped for a drink, loved the bar tender. She's been on the job 2 weeks. Awesome lady, sadly we didn't ask her name. We ordered burgers. Honestly the best we've EVER had.

Can’t express how truly disappointing the first Friday AYCE crab leg special was. Reservations at 5 pm. Seated at 5:10 pm. Watched four other tables get seated AND served with guest course and at least two additional plates. Finally at 6:35 pm asked waitress to check on our meal. Finally served 20 min later with incorrect order. Ordered another plate. Did not get for another 30 min. Waitress brought bill after we asked for another plate.

Crab legs came out luke warm at best and were over cooked. Dry and flavorless is best way to describe.

Seems to be no sense of organization here.

Although the waitress gave a discount, there seems to be little reason to leave gratuity (and I’m a firm believer in 20% MIN).

Awesome atmosphere, friendly and fantastic food.

Enjoyed the salad bar, cream of brocolli soup followed by perfectly done, Petit Filet Mignon! The wait staff was attentive, cheerful, friendly, and efficient!
The Steel Moose is handicapped and Senior friendly with easy access, to main dining room, bathrooms, game machines, and well-appointed pub area.
All areas appeared very clean, prepared for customers and had plenty of parking for crowds and special events, such as weddings.

This is like a small hidden gem! Someone let me know about the secret all you can eat crab legs and we were amazed! Delicious food, nice salad bar in a relaxed environment. I loved that it was like a local country bar with fantastic food.

The food was delicious! We finally found a place for a flavorful steak cooked to perfection. The service was very good also. Very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back!

Seafood chowder is absolutely amazing,.. large chunks of crab n shrimp. I had the perch and I couldn't finish it all... My wife had the steamed haddock/ cod... Perfectly cooked and seasoned. We will be regular Friday night guests from now on.

Food was awesome! My first time here and I have lived in Oconto Falls a long time. Will definitely be back when I want to go out for good food.
