St John-St James Lutheran Church & School

One of the most beautiful churches it's been my pleasure to visit.
Not ostentatious, but a simple elegance which has been well-maintained over recent years resulting in a modern, functioning church inside an 1879 building.
Of particular note are the stained glass windows. These are mostly Victorian, but there's two new examples above the doors to the narthex addition which were commissioned recently and complement the style of the old windows perfectly.
The interior is subtly painted with wheat and grapes stencil work around the windows and two more elaborate angel paintings either side of the entrance to the apse.
Recommended if you're in the area.

SCHOOL IS BEAUTIFUL W/ EXCELLENT TEACHERS & SMALLER CLASSES THAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO ALLOW HELP FOR STUDENTS AS WELL AS OPPURTUNITY TO REALLY GET TO KNOW UR CLASSMATES
