Midwest Dental - New Lisbon

I have been coming here for a very long time. Through the years there have been a couple different doctors but Dr. Simmons and all of the hygienists are very kind, caring, funny individuals. I don’t think I would ever think about going anywhere else.

The folks are great and get the job done. Dr. Simmons is an excellent dentist and a hell of a nice man. Can't recommend Midwest Dental more.

Crystal introduced herself and was so friendly & kind. A very enjoyable cleaning appointment. Dr Simmons is a very pleasant person as well as professional. Very pleased.

I have been going to the new Lisbon office my whole life. They are always so lovely and give you that, small hometown feeling. The doctor that works here is so gentle and kind! by far the best dentist they have had at this office in the 20+ years ive been attending.

I had a new hygienist, Crystal was awesome. Made me feel comfortable right away, super nice.

Been going to this location for years and years. Always treated us good.

Midwest Dental has great hygienists and staff. They are gentle and caring. I never wait long in the waiting room. The dentist does great work. He is also gentle and caring.

I am generally not a fan of going to the dentist but Midwest Dental has changed that for me. Everyone is helpful and friendly - and Danielle is a great hygienist! I also can't say enough good about Dr. Simmons!

Jennifer is great. She's gentle & always makes my teeth look their very best. She's been my hygienist for many years & she'll take good care of your chompers, too! Go see her in New Lisbon at Midwest Dental.

I barely felt the numbing needle, the doctor did a great job! Filling replaced and it looks better than the original filling. Dr Simmons is patient and professional.

Staff is very organized and friendly. In the event I need to change an appointment they are always accommodating and find a way to meet my schedule either through email or phone. Appointments are always timely and do not run late as in past experiences at other dental offices. New dentist, Dr. Brown has been excellent, I visited with him just tis last week.

I was treated well with dignity from everyone including reception staff, dental assistant and Dr Simmons himself.
Everything was explained to me so that I well understood what the next steps would be, and what to expect.
I highly advise anyone looking for dental care in the area to book with Midwest Dental in New Lisbon.

Danielle was amazing. I don't like dentistry as not many ppl do. I would say I take care of my teeth but obviously could do better just like the average person out there. Danielle made me feel comfortable. She was not judgemental nor made me feel like I was. Lori, the receptionist was also amazing. On the phone making an appt for the daughter and I didn't feel rushed like she other better things to do.

Dr. Simmons, met him for a few brief minutes. He was clear and concise. Concerned and willing to listen.

This was my first visit. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Appointment was right on time. Robin, the hygienist, was excellent — very friendly, gentle, and pain free. She explained everything very well. I only saw Dr. Rubash for a few moments but he was very nice and efficient as well. A very stress-free dental visit. :-)
Update -- I met Dr. Brown for the first time last month to have a filling replaced and again this month after my cleaning. Very friendly and attentive to making the visit pain free. I highly recommend him and this office.

My wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with the care and treatment we have received over 2 years. I am not a person to recommend anyone or business for the sake of it. My name and reputation means very much to me. For what kind of person would I be to ruin my name.

Such an amazing staff from receptionists to the hygienists, to the Dr. Himself. They take great care in addressing all fears, anxieties and concerns. They are very friendly and thorough and treat you like family. I used to fear dentists from several bad experiences as a child, but here I have always been treated with respect and tender loving care. My kids grew up going here, never fearing a trip to the dentist...that's priceless! I can't say enough kind words and would give them 10 stars if I could!

I always had the highest regard for Dr. Rubash, who retired last September. He was the reason I began to visit Midwest Dental eight years ago on a friend's recommendation. I had one visit since his retirement, and it was pleasant as I expected. I have always found the personnel very kind and professional. I plan to keep making the hour-long drive to New Lisbon. The office staff and my hygienist alone are worth the trip.

I am very satisfied with my visit today the dentist really made sure I was numbed up b4 he started drilling I didn't feel a thing. His assistant Morgan was good also. Another thing I'd like to add the hygienist with black hair and glasses her name is jencleaned my teeth not too long ago wow what a amazing job she had done not only did she get them clean she actually took her own time to make sure my mouth looked good. I've never had someone clean my teeth so good I mean she was so good to me and made sure to give me a last look over. I will never have any other hygienist work on me only her for now on. She deserves a raise...I just had a cleaning done again on 1/4/21 by Jen what I great job 👏👍 I think she deserves a big pat on the back she so awesome. If u go try to get Jen ull never have another hygienist.
