I went in knowing that I wanted a Ford Maverick. This was my first time buying a new car and my first car purchase by myself. I called Derek and I was not disappointed. He was honest and told me there were none on the lot at that time, but later in the day when one was available to test drove, he immediately called me. When he found out that the vehicle may no actually be available, he provided a full explanation and put contingencies in place for both (1) the original orderer buying the vehicle and (2) the original orderer passing on the vehicle. When the original orderer passed, Derek immediately called me to let me know the truck was mine. He kept me in the loop throughout the day as paperwork, loan info, and dmv items were done. He also gave me full kbb value for my trade. All in all Derek got me out the door in less than 2 hours. I will definitely be back!

These people are amazing! They def helped out on me purchasing a car and helped every step of way. Let me say that they worked their magic and i will be purchasing again. Very pleased with the service and was treated very nice. I walked feeling good and that i have a received a great deal! Thank you again Rudig and Jensen I am looking forward to our next visit!

I initially worked with Jason Klapps to get the deal started but with other engagements Sam Thompson was the one who took over and they both have a very polite approach to any situation. Stacy in financing sure came in clutch with bank too. Living alone I needed something that fits my budget and he worked for hours trying to solidify a deal that would work right for me. In the end we found a comfortable price range and option and ended up going home with my new car. Would recommend as very understanding, courteous, and diligent. With the work they put in to make things happen, there’s no reason not to stop in if you’re in the market.

Outstanding experience! Everyone we met were friendly and helpful very professional and knowledgeable. Sam and Mike were really easy to talk to and answered any questions you had from the beginning to the delivery of the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Rudigs now. Both times Mike helped us out and the process could not have been easier! The entire staff there is always so pleasant, but Mike is top notch. He made sure we had everything we needed, offered drinks and snacks, and everyone was very sweet to our daughter who came along both times. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Found a mustang for sale, called the dealership at 10:30 Tuesday, got connected to mike in sales, he was helpful, got the process rolling to get a credit app going and kept in touch to get a hold on the car and coordinate getting in and signing.

There seem to be high quality dealerships hidden in wisconsin that are much better than the experience you'd have in the city

I have had very limited interactions with Ford over my lifetime, and this is my first business dealing with a Ford Dealership. I have to say, I've been missing out on some First Class Customer Service. I was treated with respect and my truck was repaired quickly by professionals who took the time to inspect my vehicle to ensure the repair was necessary and that the work was completed correctly. I was impressed by how I was not left waiting. I arrived at my appointed time, and they were waiting and ready to take my vehicle and complete the repairs and get me back out the door as a satisfied customer.

Today I was having an issue with my oil. After leaving my vehicle began to act up again and I was not confident on driving it back. I called after service hours and was directed to sales. Jordan Schmidt was incredibly helpful. Both himself and an automotive tech came to my home to check out my vehicle, figured out the problem, and took my vehicle back to fix. The entire process was quick, there was clear communication, and reassurance the entire time that I would have something to drive in the morning for work. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them based off of their professionalism and timeliness.

Mike and Sam(sales manager) were excellent to work with. Completely straight forward and honest. They helped me figure out what would and wouldn’t work for me. They treated my situation like they genuinely cared instead of like salesmen trying to make a number. I didn’t end up buying from them due to my own issues but I’m still genuinely impressed with how they helped and treated me.
