Late stop on a road trip. Manager was super nice and friendly. The room was a double queen and sleeper sofa...5 of us. Room was clean and comfortable.

No food delivery in the area. The front desk attendants were very very helpful. The room looks to be somewhat updated. Bathrooms need a good grout and caulking! Otherwise it was a good stay. Bed was comfortable. Got good sleep!

By far the best hotel in the surrounding area. I’ve been in the area for about 8 months and I’ve stayed in all the surrounding towns and this is the best. Rooms are updated (and actually clean). A/C actually works. Every staff member I’ve encountered is friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. It costs a little more than the others but the benefits far surpasses the cost.

Had a great stay here. The reception staff were awesome and really friendly, and helped get me set up with their free EV charging for guests. The lobby has a bit of an odd smell, but really the only downside I found and not a big deal. The hotel room was easy to find, spacious, and very clean.

We met up with friends traveling and stayed here Jan 1, 2022. The place was well-kept. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff were very responsive to requests from our large group. They even opened an area for us to hang out in. Our older kids were up late in the lobby talking and the staff got them hot drinks. Super impressed with how this place was run AND very affordable.

Our stay was not perfect, but not horrible. There was a maintenance issue with our first room, so we had to be moved. The second room was fine. The breakfast in the morning was very sparse.... Not many options.

Loved it! Very clean. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Nice view of the woods from my window. Reminded me of home.
Front gal was a sweetheart. Asked if there was anything I needed, showed us the very nice breakfast waiting for us. Genuinely nice place. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting..

Stopped here for the night while traveling from New York to Washington State and they immediately welcomed me at 11 PM. I needed a a room with 2 queen beds but they only had one and one. They accommodated me with a rollaway and asked if there was anything extra I needed. They are Veteran friendly with Great customer service. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who may need to make a stop while making a long journey.

The staff was extremely friendly and it was nice to have a couple hot breakfast options. Bagels or muffins would have been a nice addition. You can tell they took a run down hotel and had redone it to make It very nice and for the most part it was very nice. If you looked at the small details that's where you saw the missed details... wall paint going onto ceiling, there was black spots on the bathroom wall. And the toilet seat had yellow stains on it. The toilet seat was the only part that truly bothered me. I would stay here again.

Best hotel in the area. No noise from interstate and great amenities

Great option for overnight guests and their furry friends, as the hotel is pet friendly. The rooms were clean and nice, the prices were extremely reasonable, and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast as well, which is always welcome but not always included. They also had a pool and hot tub too, although we unfortunately did not get a chance to use it. The motif of the hotel was a log cabin, and it was very nicely decorated. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely recommend for someone looking for an alternative to the Dells hotels.

They were very friendly here. Quiet nice place. Owners are super friendly and strive to accommodate needs! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Comfy beds. Brown and serve sausages, eggs from a bag (same thing in fast-food restaurants). Very nice receptionists, everything was accommodating. Did not use the pool, but appreciated the option. Very well lit hotel, clean. I was satisfied with my experience.

The last time my boyfriend and I stayed here, about a year ago, this was owned by Travel Lodge. I was pleasantly surprised to find that AmericInn was able to lower the prices of the rooms by 30%! The design and decor was updated, as well. The carpeting looked new. The bed was a little firmer than what I like, but I still slept alright. The best thing was the shower; it had the perfect water pressure. It was better than our home shower. I was very pleased with our stay.

Always stay here when we visit New Lisbon and get to see Linda as we went to school together. Rooms are beautiful except they need to check on their refrigerators as there is a lot of ice in them and not quite sure about the hot tub it didn't look too good. Overall beautiful place to stay.

I've only been here for a few days but so far it's a great hotel. The only thing that would make it better is to have more businesses built around it. But the staff is awesome and they keep everything very clean.
