Very disappointed that the drive through is completely automated, no people to help at all at this location. Why would the bank do this other than to save money, no respect for the customer. Again, very disappointed that there are no tellers.

Opened up a new account online, got approved. Went in one branch to verify my address. Had to wait a week or so for deposits to hit to get the debit card.

Called customer service over the phone and they had no problem giving me a debit card, but said it would take 2 weeks so it’s easier to go in branch. Went in branch to get a debit card and they closed my account “due to fraud suspicion”. For some reason the guy had a problem with my state issued ID.

Waste of my time thank you very much.

The new ATM/drive up service is HORRIBLE and inconvenient. Both times I have used it, I have ended up parking and going in d/t malfunction. Also, when I went in for a lost debit card, they couldn't help me because they hadn't yet set up their machine - this was one month after the new building opened... we are now in the process of changing banks.

I have had nothing but inconvenient, slow, rude customer service at this location only. I avoid going to this location if at all possible.
