Key Rentals

I moved into one of the rentals 2 years ago with Key rentals and the place was absolutely disgusting, there was food crumbs left in almost all of the cupboards, the refrigerator was never cleaned and neither was any of the showers. I had asked for some touch up paint for the walls that were never fixed and never received any response. I was then billed for things that were never fixed upon me moving out that were issues when I moved in. I have been told lie after lie and with no results. I ended up getting a bill for the electric for the month after I moved out and again no response. Conveniently the bill that was handed to me upon me moving out was pennies over the security deposit. These people are nothing but Slumlords. It is extremely embarrassing that my previous rental experience refunded the entire security deposit and praised me for how well kept I keep the place. Be very careful with renting here.

Do not under any circumstances rent from this company. Owners are very unprofessional and do not follow the lease. I filed an investigation through DATCP which is available to the public. I’ve worked with Iraqi’s and former Taliban members that were more professional and actually follow through on their word. Horrible experience with Key Rentals.
