Wildthing Jetboat Tours

This was absolutely such a blast. No seat is safe!!! You are going to get soaked. We sat in the 3rd row because we were told that these were the best seats to not get soaked. Ummmm - NOT!! We had so much fun. The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The spins were thrilling. It was a great time. I will definitely go again. Next time - I will definitely take an extra shirt so I can be dry on my way home.

Captian Craig was hilarious and made the whole trip so much fun with his boat spins and dad joke.

I did the wild thing trip and highly suggest it. They have very large tupperware containers to keep your phones and purses dry, and the Captian makes sure to let you know when it's safe to pull them out and take pictures. The views were amazing. The boat was fast and fun. I got soaking wet!

I went at 6 and it was still warm enough (in July) that I wasn't cold at all even though I got very wet. The evening was the perfect time because we got to see the sunset over the Dells and it was just gorgeous.

All the bus drivers and boat captains are super friendly and are amazing! I've ridden 15 times in the last 2 summers combined and will definitely continue to return each summer!

This is a must excursion for your trip to the dells if you're up for a little adventure. Be prepared to come back soaked to the core. Not an inch of you will be dry if you sit in the front 5 rows. We were in row three, and I'm pretty sure we took the brunt of the water, but it was fantastic. You get an hour, 10mi tour of the dells with lots of spins and dips. There are slower points when you can take your phone out of the provided Tupperware bin to get some up close pictures.

Absolutely loved the Jet Boat ride with Captain Craig!!! He was so funny and very welcoming, and it was his first day at the job 😱and he did a phenomenal job with the Jet Boat! He really knows his way around the dells and very descriptive on the history of the dells. I highly recommend captain Craig as the captain, not to mention the great amazing staff too, they were kind and welcoming, especially the bus driver! Come and visit this amazing jet boat, you won’t regret it!

We had a blast. We laughed, screamed, and slid about the boat with fun. Captain Jake showed us so much of the Dells and kept us in (or sliding about) the edge of our seats! Plan to get soaking wet and have lots of fun holding on tight.

The Wildthing Jetboat Tour was an awesome experience! Captain Kenny was hilarious as our tour guide. Wildthing is a high speed boat tour as opposed to the regular Wisconsin Duck boats. The tour is 1 hour long. The boat races along a high speeds with the captain doing a number of 360 spins in the water and sudden stops causing water to splash everywhere. You WILL get wet, but they provide plastic bins under the seats to stow anything you don't want to get wet. The Wildthing boat tour is a fun option if your in the Dells on a hot summer day! 🌞🚤

We had a great time on the wild thing with captain Tim. We were soaked to the bone. It was pretty cold as it was cloudy out. Probably would have been more fun if it was hot out.

A surreal 1500hp experience!

From the music to the screams it was awesome. Personally, I found these jet boats to be the fastest, wettest, and most fun out of all jet boats in the dells.

I have to tell you that it is amazing it is definitely worth it and our jet boat captain Craig was absolutely amazing and funny and he made it awesome and then our bus driver is amazing as well this place is a lot of fun definitely worth it they make it so much fun it's a great family experience thank you all so much we loved it and we're definitely coming back next year

This was a blast! Really didn't know what to expect as we've never done anything like this before. Would do this everyday if we could. Fun for all ages. Plan on getting soaked and having the best time!

Plenty of parking. We rode a bus to where the boats were. You do have to walk down a steep rocky path but drivers were available with Golf carts to bring you up and down the path if you have difficulties. We got to sit in the 2nd row & you WILL get drenched, so if you're bringing valuables like your phone, you should have something waterproof to put them in like ziplocks. They did provide 2 big containers in about each row to put your things in that you want to keep dry, but warn you a lil bit of water can still get in or it'll already be a lil wet in the container. It was my 1st time on a jet boat so it was very exciting. We were going faster than other multi ppl jet boats & doing spins. I was worried there were possibilities of getting hurt but it wasn't bad at all & there were handles in front of you to hold on to. Captain Craig has a great personality & was funny. Wildthing was actually my favorite exciting tour on my Wisconsin Dells trip 💕

My mom and I tried Wildthing for the first time in August 2021 and had the best experience getting absolutely soaked thanks to Captain Jake. We always wanted to go back and finally did in August 2023. We hoped we’d get the same captain, but didn’t really expect to, so we were so excited when we got on the boat and Captain Jake started giving the safety talk. It was as awesome as the first time, completely soaked and cheeks hurt from laughing. We can’t wait to go back again and bring some more people next time! All the staff were great!

This was an amazing ride! Not only was the tour interesting and engaging, it also played great music! If you are looking for a one of a kind boat tour of the Wisconsin Dells then this is your tour! If you happen to have Captain Tim then it really will be an enjoyable trip!

Captain Kenny did not disappoint. We had a smile or were laughing the whole time. Bring an extra pair of clothes if the weather is cooler. You will get soaked if sitting in 2nd and 3rd row!

Captain Craig promised a wild ride, and he delivered! Awesome tour. They provide Tupperware containers to keep any items you want dry. The sites were terrific but that isn't the best part. On a hot July day (94°), we didn't notice thanks to high speeds and being doused with plenty of lake water. Great job WildThings Team!!

Definitely will be doing it again!!!
It was so much fun. We did a bundle for the wildthing jet boat ride and the army ducks.
The bundle was definitely worth it. Both of our tour guides were really fun and nice. I can’t wait to come back next year and do it again.
