Aurora BayCare Neurology

I have been in my share of medical facilities. This is by far, hands down, the best medical establishment in the Northeastern Wisconsin area. I was up in the Critical Care Unit twice in 4 days. Once for removal of a golf ball sized brain tumor, and then 2 days later for brain swelling and excessive drainage, etc..Not only did they save my life twice, but I have never been treated better, kinder, and with more respect and professionalism than at BayCare. I think their staff is second to none and they should all be extremely proud of themselves. I will never go anywhere else. And the food is absolutely delicious! I thank you all and will never forget any of you.

They are completely incapable and unequiped doctor wise for absolutely anything to the point of placing me with a NP that was not specialized in any of my issues. Legally they were supposed to inform me, but they didn’t of course. Did some research, and yes, that is malpractice.

They place people with doctors who are not qualified for their conditions and then berate and make their patients feel worthless. They do not care, and have been a horrible experience.

There is a woman there named Crystal who is their attack dog if you dare disagree or have a complaint. She was literally called on me for messaging too much. I sent 4 messages in a row because they were being utterly useless.

Crystal literally dismissed every concern I had, uh huhd me into submission till I gave up, and was the same person I filed a complaint with a few years earlier about a doctor that nearly killed me with seizures because she was using data from like a half decade ago. Not to mention she prescribed me a med that specifically says not for bipolar patients. I’m bipolar 1. She didn’t even bother to look at my file. Her name is Judith Arnold and she’ll be getting her own review. My complaint against her that I made to Crystal is apparently just not there anymore. Nothing happened whatsoever to the doctor and now I’m the bad guy because I dared to disagree vocally and factually. My degree is in neuroscience and pharmacology. These people are completely inept, and Crystal is honestly a horrible and useless person who sucks at her job so much that all she does is instigate more issues. Fire her.

The doctors barely even understand the meds that they prescribe and simply push the newest and most expensive things, even when I specially asked for something cheap.

NP Sara Beno Chambers for example evidently barely can function as a doctor and does nothing but push expensive meds on you. They took my cheap meds that I have been on without issue for nearly a decade, because they’re addictive and wanted me on something equally addictive, except it costs just under $2k a month vs my 70s med with copious data, that costs $30 a month.

Forget about wasting your time requesting an appointment from these people or getting a referral. You will not get past the gate keeper to get an appointment. They are horrible, I tried for 2 years through different methods and couldn't get an appointment. So I went over to Prevea. Worst organization I have ever seen.

update to owner : I can only imagine the number of prospective patients turned away by your gatekeeper to other organizations which resulted in a loss of income to your Doctors and your Aurora Hospital. Quite frankly your management style is run by a bunch of fools. I am a patient at Aurora Oshkosh which does not have the services offered in house you do, you were the first choice for treatment. A letter was sent to the head of the Aurora organization, still no help in getting an appointment. It amazes me that it takes a public review to get attention from your organization. Enjoy my public review!

Now Prevea is my recommendation of choice in the Green Bay area, thanks to your gatekeeper, and your policies. Keep up the good work!

The worse place ever! Just a bunch of pill pushers and not one trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I do not recommend that anyone go there!
