The best fish fry in town. I got the lightly beer breaded bluegill with fries. It was truly lightly breaded, seasoned so well no salt or pepper was needed. They were out of baked potatoes and cheesey hashbrowns but we didn't get there until 7:30, so that's on us. I ended up with fries and they were really good. They seemed to be seasoned with a sour cream and onion seasoning. My husband got the seafood platter with the german potato salad. It was amazing. The seafood was done perfect. The potato salad was the best I've ever had (I don't like german potato salad). You get coleslaw and marble rye with onion. The bread is the softest bread I've ever had. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend trying them out.

Randy's is a pretty cool place. Excellent food and atmosphere. Randy is a super nice fellow and his prices are just right. If you are ever in Brillion, Wisconsin make sure you stop in at Randy's Central and order The Big Wiener!!

It's all about the fish fry on Fridays, pizza the rest of the time. My favorite is the seafood platter that has thick, perfectly cooked scallops. Yum! Not a place to go if you're in a hurry...but worth the wait.

Randy's Central has amazing food and staff that cares. Every time I go there the workers are very accommodating and reliable, plus the food is one of a kind. I strongly recommend Randy's Central for a family looking to get a bite to eat or group of friends looking for somewhere to watch the game.

The scallops are amazing! I have a hard time finding a place that serves scallops anymore and these are the best. The haddock and bluegill are also favorites of my family.

Had a great 16" pizza that we demolished with barely a crumb remaining. Great conversation and had playoff football on the TV,overall great experience! Excited to try the Friday Fish Fry!!

Must have cheesy bread! Very nice little place, nice looking restaurant/ bar area, friendly and accommodating owner.( will let it slide that he's a Lions fan since his wife is a Packer fan.)
