The entire staff was great, but Kari was absolutely amazing!! She helped my athletic daughter who lives in sweats find a dress that she feels comfortable and pretty in. Definitely went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.

Best customer service! Daughter was frustrated because she was having a hard time finding her size and styles she liked during our day of shopping. One of the workers could see her frustration and jumped in right away, brought her at least 10 different pairs of shorts to try on and saved the day and brought back her smile and excitement! Thank you soooo much! Definitely one of our favorite stores!!

Wes (Bay Park Square Mall) is an awesome sales associate! My daughters Kylie, Kendal and I had a fantastic experience shopping yesterday. He made sure the girls had the right sizes and recommended different kinds of jeans for them to try on, ( and got as many pair of the SAME jeans for Kylie until she found the ones with the perfect rips!) He always made sure to unlock their dressing rooms right away while still making sure he was doing the same for all the other customers. Just an overall hard working nice guy! Oh ya... we bought 11 shirts, 2 pair of jeans and 3 sets of socks!😀

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I have a cold today so I really didn’t feel like dealing with anyone however, Stephanie (Steph, beautiful red hair) helped me right away find two pairs of jeans that I was in love with. She wasn’t pushy or loud at all, she let me take my time to look and was there when I had questions. When I asked if there were more colors of the style, she ran in back to grab me what I was looking for. She also got me a dressing room and made sure my name was correctly spelled. On top of it, she gave me a $5 off denim coupon that went along with the buy one get one free jeans. Thank you Steph!

This store has the best customer service in the mall. We do a lot of shopping at different stores at Bay Park and everytime we have been in here the service is great. They are so helpful finding what my children are looking for and their sizes. I really appreciate it. Thank you
